Everycare (IOW & Solent) Ltd has been helping people keep their independence to stay in the comfort of their own home on the island since 2009.

They can deliver a range of support, from simple visits for companionship, to help prompt for medication or to help with shopping and personal care, right up to complex care packages for adults of all ages requiring more than one care worker to attend.

The carers are trained to a high standard, both initially and ongoing, and they all are driven by genuine compassion, empathy and friendliness to help others and the company is very proud of them.

Everycare (IOW & Solent) can cover all of the island (case requirement dependant) and their expertise is in supporting clients. They can deliver live-in care, 24 hour care, as well as shorter visits and have the experience of working with all adults over 18 to live happily, securely and comfortably in their own home.

Everycare have been looking after my wife for a while now. The carers are so attentive and helpful. They can't do enough for my wife. The office helped me download an app so we can see when the carers are coming and if they are running late. I am very grateful for all the help from everyone at Everycare.

Fantastic carers, always helping me and giving me choices. They don't mind me being slow. Normally on time and if they aren't they let me know. They let me know which carers I have for the whole week at the start of the week.

I enjoy seeing my carers every day and enjoy going out shopping. I am very happy with the care I receive from the ladies and the men. When I phone the office everyone always makes time to talk to me and they are always able to answer my questions.

Carers don't read care plans, some carers don't fulfil duties properly at times. Carers are friendly and polite. They don't always tell you about changes in the rota, huge staff turnover of staff.
Overall satisfied with care, but management need to address staffing issues.

Joined: 2023

Lyndsey has been with Everycare since January 2023 and in October 2023 was appointed Registered Manager of the care service. She has broad experience of different types of support to adults of all ages.


Lyndsey is passionate about the quality of work we do and her enthusiasm is infectious! She is the senior care manager in Everycare and works hard to achieve her aim of making Everycare the best community care provider on the island.


Away from work, Lyndsey loves spending time with friends and family.

Karen Francis

Job Title: Operations Manager

Karen is a highly experienced care professional, having previously been the registered manager in community and residential care settings.


She is responsible for all of our back office operations and has an excellent understanding of how to deliver great care and support and the importance of robust back office procedures to deliver this. If you call the office, you will speak to Karen first.
