Hello! Thank you for taking the time to review the service. I was saddened to see your rating and the comments about a wide number of carers. I have checked the figures for the last 6 months and your family had 358 visits with 11 carers (including ones who have left and been replaced). As you have multiple visits a day she will see a mix of staff Morning and Evening as they have days off and also during holiday cover she may see a couple of different people during the time regular carers are off. This has been a particularly challenging year with the pandemic and we are sorry that the timing hasn't always been consistent for her. We juggle based on need and Mum is independent in many areas. We visit higher dependency clients as a priority to make sure they have food, continence care etc in a timely way which is our agreement with the NHS who fund your care. I am really sorry if this wasn't communicated to you. Thank you for taking the time to comment and share your experience.
