The service we have received from Home Instead has been excellent. We have really appreciated having Home Instead carers in our home on Monday and Wednesday evenings. They are always punctual, exceptionally helpful, and have developed a very good relationship with my wife. This has made a considerable
difference to the quality of our lives. I do not have any concerns for my wife when I am away from home.

I have found the care that my sister has received is of a very high standard, as she is in the early stages of Alzheimer’s the attention she receives is a great help as she lives on her own. The communication from the backroom staff is also first-class.

Mum has been supported by Home Instead for the last 18 months and I have been delighted by a) the attentiveness of the office team and b) the compassionate and friendly caregivers. Recently, at quite short notice, Mum needed to temporarily increase the level of care she received and I have nothing but
praise for the way in which Home Instead responded and provided exactly what was required. I cannot thank the team enough.

The level of service from initial review and programme development to individual care provider performance was delivered with sensitivity and of a high standard throughout. Care providers all reflected an ethos of attention to client needs in a friendly and engaging manner. Presumably reflective of

My mum has a carer from Home Instead every day of the week now. She started with just two carers during the week and this has gradually increased. Every carer who has dealt with my mum has been kind, patient and caring, and my mum is very happy with them all.

The care team have supported us for over four years. We have seen changes in the staff but now have a solid team. We are always kept up to date and the care team have mum's best interest. Excellent support.

My sisters and I are very happy with the care that the team at Home Instead provide to our mother who has dementia.
The caregivers visiting our mum are friendly and concerned about Mum’s welfare, they confidently deal with issues that arise and Mum is pleased to have their company on top of what
they do for her. Importantly for mum, they always come on time on the agreed schedule and the caregivers are known to my mum as there is a pool of 2-3 caregivers who look after mum so that they can build a relationship. This is unlike some agencies who just send anyone who is available and often unknown to the client.
The support team in the office are also very responsive to requests that we have made to change scheduled visits etc and when there have been reasons for concern or issues that need to be checked with us, they are quick to contact us and take ownership of the issue.

Home Instead provide a carer for 2 hours on 2 mornings per week. They provide Mum (aged 87) with domestic help around the home; drive her to health appointments/shops etc; as well as giving considerate, compassionate and witty companionship. Home Instead also provide excellent client service and administration
from their head office. Their paperwork and speed of response being as punctual as the carers themselves. We have been using Home Instead for nearly 2 months now and my mother is extremely happy with them in every way. They deliver a first class service in a first class (and subtly unobtrusive) manner.

The Caregivers are carefully selected for suitability and individual interests. They are always reliable and prompt, cheery and good conversationalists. The overall support and care is very good; if there are any concerns at all the caregivers report to the office who in turn contact the next of kin.
Reviews of the client are frequent and the company’s ethics are always with the well-being of the Client.

My aged father was fiercely independent but needed once-a-day care, primarily to ensure he ate a proper meal. Home Instead was recommended to us, and from first contact were excellent. A regular rota was soon set up, and we liked the way Dad was introduced in advance to any caregivers he hadn't yet
met.
All the caregivers did a good job, were caring and effective. They communicated well through their records, so I knew what was going on. What was particularly welcome was how well organised and managed Home Instead was - they responded quickly when Dad needed extra help with bathing, for example.
After a couple of months, my father was taken into hospital. When it looked like he was going to be discharged, the office staff dealt well with ever-shifting discharge dates and planned and re-planned how to support my father now with three visits a day in the run-up to Christmas. I was impressed with their "I'm sure we can solve this" attitude. Thank you.

Since mum first accepted support from Home Instead we have both been most impressed and grateful for the thoughtful and thorough service. Mum has always grappled with depression and anxiety, and this has increased with age. Mum's care-worker is always very gentle and understanding, helping mum with
her shopping and tidying.. or just keeping her company for a while.
The different levels of support offered are really helpful.
I would definitely recommend your service to others. Thank you.

Since I’ve received service from Home Instead, I’ve been happy with all aspects of their care. Right from the outset when I was initially interviewed by the management, I felt confident that your agency was the right one for me to use. Each caregiver has always shown to me their kindness, respect and
genuine compassion and commitment to my care. The service is always delivered at my preferred times and if (very rarely) there is a delay or change to a service the office staff go out of their way to speedily rectify any problem.
The staff in the office have been very helpful and shown much interest in my circumstances. The client journal is regularly reviewed and any changes to my needs are satisfactorily managed. Thank you very much Home Instead for making my first experience of having regular care so comfortable and trustworthy.

Home Instead have provided care for my 98 yr old Grandmother for a number of years now. In my view, they provide a first class service and it is difficult to quantify the many ways that they have assisted both my Grandmother and my wider family. When a loved one is frail and in need of care it gives
peace of mind to all of the family that a company such as Home Instead are there to assist.
I have met those that provide care for my Grandmother and they are all friendly, professional and courteous. They have enabled my Grandmother to remain living in her own accommodation, something that she is very keen to do.
On the rare occasion that I have liaised with the staff in the main office, I have found that they have promptly dealt with any issues raised.
I would highly recommend this company to anybody that is contemplating arranging care for a loved one.

Home Instead looked after our mother for several months towards the end of her life. My sisters and I found the care givers always treated mum with kindness and consideration. As her daughters, we were kept informed of any worries or problems encountered by the ladies and they would stay with our mum
until a family member could arrive. We could not have asked for more and would not hesitate to recommend this organisation.

We have used the services of Home Instead for both my mother and my father until he died last year. At all times we have found the carers professional and competent but more importantly warm and compassionate. My parents relied on their carers for help whilst I was at work but they also looked forward
to the visits and began to see them as friends and they certainly brightened their days. This is still the case, I know my mother welcomes her regular carer, both for her practicality and her friendly company. The company itself has always been very efficient and regularly checks to make sure all is well and we are happy with the service. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead to others.

My mother has been receiving personal care three times a week. The initial introduction with senior management was very thorough and the company has always fulfilled its promises.
The carers have always been prompt, except on the very rare occasion when they have phoned to advise her. She has the same
carers so is not surprised by anyone different. The company rings me if there are any queries and have dealt with any questions I have raised promptly. The carers are well-trained and have a very kind attitude. They will do anything asked from showering, preparing meals to light housework, even offering to take my mother out for a cup of tea. They are always cheerful, well-presented and kind and my mother looks forward to them coming. Daily sheets are always completed by the carer so I can see what they have been doing and I can leave messages for them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service.
