I am very grateful for the support that Bluebird Care has provided for my mum over the years but especially since my brother passed away. As I live a distance away from my mum, Bluebird Care did everything they could to accommodate changes needed to support her until I could move her into a home nearer
me. They ensured that she had a cooked lunch every day and prepared sandwiches for her tea. They kept the house clean and tidy and gave Mum reassurance when she was confused and agitated. She really looked forward to the carer's visits and appreciated their help, despite her memory often failing her. The daily report was particularly useful for me so that I knew how mum was each day and that she had had her medication, meals etc. My thanks to the whole team for the support they have provided.

Our carer is a wonderful addition to our family. She looks after all aspects of my wife’s needs. Cleanliness is given special attention and regular meals are an important change. My wife laughs and smiles from time to time. Life has a purpose again.

A live-in carer - and at the end, two carers - came from Bluebird for EOL care for my husband. I was very happy with the carer and it was good to have someone to discuss some of the more technical aspects with towards the end - for example, the equipment I needed. My carer was certainly not a clock-watcher
and devoted herself, which was very good. Bluebird also helped with practical matters which was a help. So I was very happy with the service provided.

Bluebird has helped support my mother for over a year now. They have always turned up, even given the challenges of the pandemic. I was pleased to see the HQ updates too on care in the pandemic. My sister and I have real confidence in the standard of professional service provided. I can also vouch
for the courtesy and flexibility, where possible, of the office and management.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and the Haywards Heath office in particular to anyone looking for help and support. My sister and I are very glad that we are with Bluebird and thank them for all they do.

The caring service is very reliable, with a very useful daily report. This month I fell ill and was unable to call into to help Mum, as I would normally do. Bluebird covered for me at very short notice and have also provided an extra cleaning service for my Mum. It's really helpful to have such a flexible
and dependable service. Mum seems very happy with the carers that visit and even though she rarely remembers the visits later in the day, I can use the report to check that her medication has been given etc.

We were recommended Bluebird Care through a retirement village as my father needed additional daily support, to administer medication, blood pressure recordings, daily laundry and hygiene care and general wellbeing and the need for regular friendly contact.
We feel so delighted to have discovered Bluebird
Care, as they have certainly fulfilled all our expectations and gives us peace of mind.
I don't know how I could have, and continue to, manage his day to day care especially in these difficult times.
I can always contact one of the care team to arrange or amend aspects of his care plan and all the team are extremely cheerful and willing to help. Thank You.

Excellent service always. When plans change and things need reorganising Bluebird always accommodate and nothing is too much trouble. All the staff in the office are very helpful and reassuring. The carers are attentive, friendly and very efficient.

My carer has been sent to me as a residential helper this summer and she has been invaluable. She is a practical and experienced helper and not only prepares me good meals but takes over the domestic shopping and keeps my house clean and in order. She has been unfortunate in being here during the domestic
upheaval and deep cleansing of my home remaining calm and capable. All my friends value her and love to meet her. She adds to my security. Thank you for her.

I can rely on someone always turning up at the right time and caring for my Mum. They often 'go the extra mile ' in times of difficulty I can always talk to someone at the office and they are quick to make needed changes to the care of my Mum.

The carers for my mother are friendly and polite and treat her courteously, ensuring she is left comfortable. The carers alert me if there is something wrong or further supplies such as bed pads are required.
On the rare occasion the carers are late, a phone call advising me would be appreciated.

My mother has used Bluebird Care Sussex Weald since 2018. We have found the carers to be professional, friendly and punctual. The carers also take time to ensure Mum is feeling okay and ask her about her day. They have also texted me and phoned me when an area of concern arises to let me know. I feel
very comfortable that my mum is receiving great care at home.

The caregivers at Bluebird are prompt, kind and treat my mother with respect. She enjoys their company and we wouldn't be without them. The management team go above and beyond and have made previous hospital discharges easy to manage when this can be a frustrating time for a family. They are available
for double-handed calls which can be a rarity in this field. We are grateful for their service.

Bluebird Care (Sussex Weald) has been providing personal care support to our elderly father for over three years. During this time his dependency has increased and his care needs have intensified. Throughout this period the agency has provided consistency in staffing, which we believe to be essential,
at the same time offering flexibility. The advice and support staff give to us, his family, has been valued highly and their experiences and observations are always helpful in resolving potential problems. We feel that our father is being well cared for as a family, thanks to the assistance of his Bluebird team and we feel confident that this can continue for the foreseeable future. Being able to remain in his own home is extremely important to our father and Bluebird Care's role facilitates this. We are grateful and pleased that this is the case.
