I have had 3 different carers in 6 months. One carer was not communicative and she stopped. My two remaining carers have mainly provided me with company which was my main requirement. They have been good company, encouraging and adaptable to any requirements. This includes washing up, making tea and
coffee and occasionally doing household chores.

I have nothing but praise for Home Instead they have delivered a first-class service and taken the strain from the family knowing that they deliver exceptional quality care and keep them fully informed of the care provided. This has enabled me to stay at home, which is what I wanted, and they provide
daily online updates. The carers are all so kind and understanding. I can not praise them enough. The support they deliver is 5-star, couldn't ask for anything more and they have treated me with dignity and understanding.

On-time, good continuity, always considerate with both my wife and myself. The carers have the patience of a saint and perform their duties with the minimum of fuss. Management when approached are friendly and do their best to meet your requirements.

The care and services provided by Home Instead are outstanding. The team provided to my mother are excellent in their care and carry it out with much respect. The office staff are there always with help and guidance and they are so lovely to chat to. My family and I cannot thank them enough.

The care and companionship I have for my mum and dad are extremely excellent. The carers are very kind, helpful and make sure Mum is comfortable and happy during visits. Also, same with my dad and all the carers are very much part of the family as we like to make them feel at home here too. All a pleasure
to of met and I feel happy knowing they're cared for.

We are so pleased that we chose Home Instead for our mother who has Alzheimer's. All her care staff are professional, kind, understanding of her condition and extremely caring. We have been particularly impressed by the quality and consistency of care that they have provided during the Covid 19 pandemic.
The care staff and management team have been so helpful and quick to support us in meeting our mother's increasing care needs. Thank you so much you do a truly amazing job and the App is excellent.

We could not carry on living in our home abode if it were not for the valuable assistance rendered by our Home Instead carers. They are always on time and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always well turned out, polite and have a good sense of humour.

We have been using Home Instead Senior Care for two years three months. My parents both in mid 90's, depend on them. The Home Instead Senior Care is outstanding. We are able to remotely access the visit reports to understand how my parents are each visit. As we live over 140 miles away this is a godsend
to us.
The caregivers and staff manage all the necessary daily needs for their health and wellbeing. We highly recommend Home Instead Senior Care.

The care staff visiting my mum have been vital to the consistency of her support during the difficulties that the year 2020 have brought for my mum. I started using Home Instead eight months ago and since then they have provided excellent support and care for my mother and father and peace of mind for myself (or as much as possible).
I live 4000 miles away from my parents so I am very dependent on Home Instead and they have not failed me!
I wish
to thank all the staff for their kindness and dedication to my parents - they are always so polite and happy to do whatever jobs need doing and have exceeded my expectations.
The company has provided a small consistent team of very caring and kind individuals who have a wealth of experience and have been wonderful in providing ideas and strategies to better care for my parents.
I am very glad I chose Home Instead and I would like to extend my gratitude to all of them as we continue this journey.

Jean's goal for this service is for it to be a valuable resource for the community and to deliver a high-quality service that is very professional and reliable. Marie works alongside Tracey, our Care coordinator and together they plan and schedule each client's care call. It's a lot more complex than it sounds! We also have the needs of our Care Professionals to consider too, so Tracey and Marie are adept at juggling priorities and working hard to keep both clients and Care Professionals happy.

Helen is a Senior Care Professional here at Home Instead. In addition to her role of supporting and caring for clients, Helen also visits prospective new clients to carry out care consultations. This involves assessing the needs of a client so that we can tailor make a care package specifically for them and identify the most suitable Care Professional for their needs, interests and personality. Helen is also instrumental in those first introductory meetings between clients and Care Pros, making sure they run smoothly. As you would expect, her people skills also make Helen a fantastic mentor and support to her Care Pro colleagues.

Job Title: Communications and Engagement Officer

Maria is one of our Communications and Engagement Officers along with Jo. They work together to look at how we can be champions of compassion within our communities, networking with partner organisations and the wonderful local charities and volunteers that already reach out to reduce loneliness and isolation particularly among our older residents. They also look out for sponsorship opportunities and organise events to celebrate the fantastic care and support Home Instead provides. Maria is creative and loves meeting new people.
