Have used Right at Home for providing companionship visits and care for my mum for the last 12 months and they have been excellent. Mum has really enjoyed their visits, she is treated with kindness and respect and whenever I've needed extra support for mum they've always been there and happy to help.
I must mention particularly mum's favourite carer, she has been absolutely fabulous with mum, nothing has been too much trouble and she has always gone out of her way to help me support mum. She very quickly built a good relationship with my mum, who felt very comfortable and safe with her. I would highly recommend her.

I recently sought home care services for my older brother through Right at Home in Preston, Lancashire. Despite being far away in the USA, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and dedication. From my initial contact to his safe arrival at his rental, the team was outstanding.
The management
team was the best I dealt with from a distance. They provided a detailed care plan and cost estimates, which were immensely helpful in making informed decisions. They even arranged for a taxi service from the Airport and ensured seamless communication throughout the process.
Their all-round professionalism and commitment to high-quality care reassured me that my brother was in capable hands. The seamless handling of his arrival from five thousand miles away is commendable.

I've been with this firm 4 months this month, it has changed my life completely, I am treated like a queen by all the carers, office personnel and owners, I have never received this sort of care and respect from any other care providers in 18 years of receiving care, I would recommend this company to
any person that would like to receive the same treatment I'm getting. They stay the full time, and nothing is too much trouble, if you have an emergency like yesterday I'd cancelled my teatime call because I was at the hospital for an operation it got done earlier than expected and the office replaced my call immediately, I live alone and this meant the world to me, please give this remarkable firm a chance, a big thank you.

Satisfactory. Carers are good. Happy to do anything we ask and friendly. Disappointed with inflexibility regarding medications. Also, we have received three invoices so far, two of which were incorrect.

Carers are excellent. Have been using your service since May 23. No problems at all.
My husband was not keen at first but has now got used to the carer's weekly visits.

Right at Home staff always showed a personal touch with my parents. They took time to chat with them daily and treated them like family members. They also monitored their general health and well-being and contacted us if they had any concerns.
It was such a shame that they couldn't provide the timeslots
we required due to the distance between clients so we had to use another care provider. I will always recommend Right at Home.

Mum has had care for a number of years from Right at Home, and we always found them to be very professional and responsive to her needs. The fact that carers were dedicated and that the same person was made available to provide the care each week was very important to Mum as she was able to establish
a relationship with her carers. The office staff are also efficient and respond to requests/problems quickly and professionally. I would recommend them as a care company.

My elderly mother has Right at Home for one visit each week. I find the service very reliable and professional.
The carer does some light duties for my mother, and all worked well for my mother.
Payment is easy and straightforward, and they are always at the end of the phone should I need to call
them.

I have needed care in my home for several years. Right at Home has always been compassionate, caring and ready to address any issue that may arise. Other agencies come nowhere close to this company. The Right at Home team have been caring for mum for over five years, and during that time have provided her with excellent care alongside always treating her with dignity and respect. The carers are conscientious and considerate of mum's needs. She looks forward to their daily calls, and they have become

Right at Home have looked after our father for over three years, initially just helping around the house and for companionship but as his care needs increased he had visits four times a day and overnight. The wonderful carers were attentive and treated him with respect, always going the extra mile.
Sadly dad passed away recently but they helped make his last few weeks as comfortable as possible and were also great support for all the family. Thanks for all your help, it was very much appreciated!
