I would not recommend this agency to provide care for you or your family members. They have left my severely disabled, wheelchair bound father who requires 24/7 care without any cover on numerous occasions. Having been awake all day and at work, my mother has then had to cover night shifts which have
been left uncovered by Interserve Healthcare, leaving her tired and unfit to go to work the next day. I believe this is unsatisfactory and we are deeply disappointed. Everyone wants the best for their family member and in my opinion, I do not believe that Interserve Healthcare (Croydon) provide this.
