My dad is taken out 3 times a week for a ride and coffee, he so looks forward to these days, it has made so much difference to his life, for a 90-year-old, who lives alone, with early onset dementia, and misses my mum terribly.
The 2 ladies who do this are so lovely, it's like extended family, I'm
so grateful for finding this.

I have found your staff to be kind, friendly and efficient in helping my mum. They are all very knowledgeable about her needs and keep us updated with any concerns. I am particularly thankful for the attention taken to choosing outfits for my mum; it has made her smile when we comment on how nice she
looks. Mum is starting to recognise her regular carers, which is helping with her memory.
I have found communication with your office excellent and your speedy responses to any emails or calls have certainly made life a good deal easier for all my family. My sister and I really appreciate the care that you take.

We started using AcreCare a year ago when we needed to find care quickly for my father-in-law, following a short stay in hospital. We were very concerned for his health at the time and the team have worked with us to provide the care needed for a complete recovery. They always try, whenever possible,
to ensure he has the same regular carers, meaning they have built a relationship with him and he always sees a familiar, friendly face. Everyone is incredibly kind, understanding and empathetic, including the office team and they have always managed to adapt to fulfil last minute requests. Communication is excellent, both with the manager and the office and we have online access to the carer's notes after every visit. We feel they genuinely care about my father-in-law's needs and wellbeing and we are immensely reassured to know that he is in safe hands when we can't be with him.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AcreCare to anyone seeking at home care for their loved one.

I find the homecare very accommodating and caring. The manager is lovely and keeps in regular contact. The carer that visits my dad on a regular basis is lovely and kind. She helps Dad shower chats to him makes him drinks and tidies his flat which she always leaves spotless. I can’t praise her highly
enough. I would recommend them to anyone.

AcreCare Ltd are clearly a well managed service with excellent staff.
They gave a prompt response providing care for our elderly mother who needed extra help after leaving hospital. She was very impressed with the regular staff who came each day, who were cheerful, caring, and considerate.

Acre Care has been amazing.
They have more than delivered and have adapted to meet my mother's needs.
Nothing is too much for them, and I can only thank them for their support and kindness to Mum and to both my sister and me.
This month, we had a terrifying situation where Mum had fallen, and Acre
Care went the extra mile to comfort Mum until the paramedics arrived. I am totally grateful. Thank you.

My 91 year old Mother has received excellent care from the carers from AcreCare Ltd and she looks forward to their visits each day. My 95-year-old uncle has received excellent care. Nothing is too much trouble for Acrecare staff, whatever his problem they take a practical down to earth approach, they are mindful of his needs and dignity at all times. I cannot sing their praises high enough.

I have found AcreCare Ltd to be very caring. The carers are very reliable and have a good rapport with my 95-year old mother. They have on several occasions gone beyond what has been expected from them. The support from the office is also very good and any queries I have had have been dealt with promptly
and efficiently. Their communication with me about anything they are concerned about is also speedy. All the staff that I have had any contact with from the manager to the individual carers have been friendly but professional. I would not hesitate to recommend AcreCare Ltd to anyone.

The care that my Godmother has received with Acre Care is superb. I am delighted that she is being cared for by such genuinely lovely staff. They are professional, friendly, informative, engaging, and reliable. The Manager has been excellent in always being responsive to any enquiry I may have regarding
my Godmother's wellbeing, and putting in place the care she needs in a very prompt manner. I am so grateful to all the staff I have met so far. One member of staff, in particular, is also an asset to the team. I am confident in recommending the services of Acre Care. Thank you so much. I would rate them 10/10 and know that my Godmother is also appreciative of their kindness. You can tell that it is being led by a very experienced team.
