Every carer comes into my house with a smile and a very cheery hello and tells me who they are. They were extremely proficient but to be honest it was done in a great way. They all were like good friends. During the exercises I had to do they were strict in making sure that I was doing them correctly,
especially in leg alignment. I started with apprehension but changed instantly when we commenced with your carers.
First-class, totally efficient and extremely nice and pleasant. Congratulations to all staff.

Every one of the carers is delightful, it brightens our day when they come. They are willing to help in every situation, e.g. when I was in hospital they just couldn't do enough for my husband and when I had to take a blood test to hospital urgently, I left the kitchen in a mess and when I came back,
I was delighted to have a neat and tidy home.
We just couldn't do without them.

I find the staff all very polite and helpful, there is always a very pleasant hello in the morning when they come in. I did have an issue with the time they came in at first but that has been sorted, they are now in good time and they give me a lovely shower twice a week and I do get the help I need
other days. It is a pleasure to know they are coming in each day.

I contacted Bluebird Care, Coleraine approximately 2 years ago to help with my mum who has dementia, it was difficult as Mum did not think she needed help. The dom care calls had to be phased in over a number of months to let Mum get used to the situation until we had regular calls 4 times a day, 7
days a week. As time progressed my dad also required assistance and the call duration had to be increased. It then became apparent that live-in-care was required for Mum and Dad and Bluebird Care seamlessly put this in place for us. My family could not speak highly enough of all the staff at Bluebird, the management, the dom care and the live-in carers were fantastic and looked after Mum and Dad in a loving and caring way. Nothing was ever a problem and you were always sure of a friendly voice on the end of the phone.

My family approached Bluebird Care Coleraine to help us when my mum was referred to palliative end-of-life care. From beginning to end the service we received from the team who organised full-time care was outstanding. Two staff members, in particular, were invaluable help to us. Empathetic, efficient,
proactive, professional, thorough and most of all kind. They looked after the whole family, not just my lovely mum. We will be forever grateful and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The support from Bluebird Care Coleraine to my mother-in-law has been reliable and much appreciated by her. She enjoys the company of the carers who attend. They have responded flexibly to any queries we have had about how to vary input to fit better with my mother-in-law's new accommodation arrangements
and have been quick to problem solve when required. We have felt able to step back from all the caring responsibility, with confidence in Bluebird care.

Since mum passed away, Bluebird have been a life-line for us. Just knowing that someone is going in every day to help dad with meals and generally providing company for him, has given us a lot of comfort and taken away a lot of worry.
The carers are all lovely, helping with all sorts of things to make
dad's day a bit more normal.
I can't recommend them and what they do highly enough.

Bluebird Care visit my mother 3 times each week and they have been invaluable, especially during the Covid-19 lockdown periods when we cannot visit her. They give us peace of mind that she is well and being cared for when we are not there. She looks forward to the visits as the staff are friendly and
take her out shopping when needed. She has developed good relations with the Bluebird staff and they always have time to chat to her. We would be lost without Bluebird Care.

My Uncle is an elderly man living alone in the Ballymena area, with us, his only family, living some distance away in the South. During a visit this summer, my parents and I were most concerned at the decline in his living standards and thought that the only option would be for him to move to a residential
home. My Uncle was vehemently opposed to this idea so we had to find a way to enable him to continue living independently. And though one staff member in particular and the superb team at Bluebird Care Coleraine, we found it! So far my Uncle is happy to have the carers come in twice a week, and that seems to be working well as he can still shop, cook and wash himself. My Mum now has peace of mind that her brother is still safe to live on is own, that the lovely carers keep on top of the washing up, laundry etc but that hopefully when the time comes, he will have built up a relationship with the girls so he will allow them to help with his personal care needs as they increase. Thank you Bluebird Care!
