Overall Experience  Overall Experience 1.0 out of 5

Autism Initiatives claim to offer adult late diagnosis support in Scotland.
Sadly my experience has been far from any support, more of a complete unprofessional fiasco, with three professionals now having been allocated to help me. First spent months to reply, then the meeting was set up and she forgot
to turn up, leaving me in the hot sunshine for over one and a half hours. The second one messed me around, was unsure what she was supposed to be doing, failed to arrive at an appointment then moved so was allocated number three professional, she fails to respond months after trying to arrange a meeting still no meeting, and only after making a complaint did she reply five months afterwards, with no apology. I have made an official complaint and got a half-hearted apology. But still no support!

Completely let down by promises made by management, staff barely ever showed up on time which led to increased anxiety. They wanted to take control of everything to do with my life money friends who I see etc. They didn't staff match at all.
