Our bespoke care packages prices start from £27 (reduced night fee) and range to £34 per hour, which includes having your own carefully matched and regular Care Professional to assist you with whatever you need.
Our live-in care service starts at £1750 a week, based on a 7 day working week. The exact price is determined by the complexity of care required and your location.
Our calls are a minimum of 1-hour, as we believe that quality care takes time.
You will be carefully matched to your own Care Professional, who you will then stay with, giving you continuity.
The hourly rate will vary depending on the complexity and location of the care package. During your initial phone consultation, you will be given the exact prices for your bespoke personal plan.

My father says the caregiver is very friendly and happy to do any little odd jobs for him like going to the local shop to pick up a few things. Very happy with the service and would recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for care in their own home.

Clive joined the Home Instead Swansea team in January 2022 as a General Manager with impressive experience.
Before working with Home Instead, Clive served in the Royal Air Force for over 20 years as an Operations and Logistics Manager. It was then he made the move into the care industry, as he excelled in his new role as a senior manager for a social care company in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Clive enjoys working closely with the Office team on finding creative ways to develop our approach to business, so we can stand out from the crowd and provide the highest quality of service and care for our valued clients.
