My mum is 93 years old and has been having help and support from Home Instead for the last 2 and a half years. She is still very independent and can carry out a lot of her own personal care herself. She was initially quite reluctant to accept that she needed help about the home however from the first
visit she has not looked back. Mum has a regular team who she has got to know and now sees as her friends as well as carers. Nothing is too much trouble and it is clear that they only have Mum's best interests at heart. Neither my brother or I live close by so having Home Instead gives us peace of mind. From the admin staff, management staff to the carers - they all play their part.

Home Instead Senior Care Burton has been providing care at home for my mum for the last eight months. The service they provide is excellent. My parents feel comfortable with the team of caregivers who visit three times a day. They enjoy and appreciate the kindness, friendship, care and support they
provide. Provision is tailored precisely to Mum's needs by the excellent management and office team. I feel very well supported by their knowledge, experience and their responsiveness. They link their care to other services such as occupational therapy and GP when needed. I cannot imagine a better care provider, and as a family, we feel very lucky to have Home Instead Senior Care Burton alongside us.

Home Instead gives us peace of mind that our father is being well cared for. Any concerns are flagged immediately. I get the timesheet emailed to me each week which is helpful for slight time variations and reminding my father who will be visiting him next and at what time. The staff go above and beyond
to ensure his well-being, that his home is kept clean and tidy and that he has regular meals.

My wife is responding to the consideration and excellent cleaning done - she was a stickler of high standards so this is no mean achievement.

We cannot praise everyone we have dealt with enough. My father is 90 and now on his own and due to the distance between our homes, it is a relief to know that he is cared for so well.

Mum has loved going to Wood Street Centre run by Home Instead most of 2018 until recently when she has been confined to more bedrest.
Everyone at the centre has made the experience stress free and so very friendly, very much a home from home atmosphere.
We now use the home care team and have found
the same caring and friendly service. I would most definitely recommend Home Instead as a first class service. Thank you.

Excellent care for my 95-year-old mum.
Visits are twice a day which at the moment is adequate.
Peace of mind for our family that mum is getting care from kind, lovely ladies. She cannot praise them enough.
