Bluebird Care Stafford provides high-quality home care, live-in care and support services to keep customers safe and comfortable in their own homes.

The agency offers a unique choice of flexible homecare and support services tailored to the needs of the individual, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The service can range from a 30-minute visit, to a night-sitting service, to 24-hour live-in care. Care can be provided to cover a short-term illness, or respite care because the usual carer is having a break. Whatever the need, Bluebird Care Stafford's dedicated homecare team are happy to discuss all requirements.

The care offered can include flexible home care solutions that range from washing, bathing, toileting, dressing, administering medication, help with getting up in the morning and back into bed at night. The agency also offers a companionship service for customers, as well as help with household chores, like ironing, cleaning, cooking and shopping.

Bluebird Care has recently launched a Health & Wellbeing Checks Service for all new and existing customers. This new service comprises of a 30-minute appointment from specially trained ‘Care Champions’, who visit once a week to check their customer’s vital signs, such as blood pressure, alertness and breathing, and find out more about their overall wellbeing.

All Bluebird Care employees undergo extensive training in all aspects of care provision and have had an enhanced DBS check.

Being the first time we have needed care for my dad, we have been very happy with everything provided. The communication has been great, dealt with professionally between me and my brother. When medication was added, it was no problem.

I am the primary carer for a severely disabled wife and have been for the last 5 years. During that time I have tried unsuccessfully to have some respite. I used a local care home last Spring for a few days - worked okay, but not the one-to-one care my wife deserves. This year I planned to do the same
again - a care home had no available beds for respite. This is where Bluebird stepped in. They arranged a live-in carer who we had met before. Domiciliary visits were arranged alongside the main carer to help with some aspects of my wife's care. I had a 2-night break. The whole experience with Bluebird was absolutely superb. One-to-one care in our own home with wonderful staff. The whole team went way beyond what was necessary. The choice of live-in carer was inspired - a truly wonderful person.
I now have the confidence to arrange more 'breaks' safe in the knowledge all will be good. So, thank you, Bluebird Stafford.
