Bluebird Care Stafford provides high-quality home care, live-in care and support services to keep customers safe and comfortable in their own homes.

The agency offers a unique choice of flexible homecare and support services tailored to the needs of the individual, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The service can range from a 30-minute visit, to a night-sitting service, to 24-hour live-in care. Care can be provided to cover a short-term illness, or respite care because the usual carer is having a break. Whatever the need, Bluebird Care Stafford's dedicated homecare team are happy to discuss all requirements.

The care offered can include flexible home care solutions that range from washing, bathing, toileting, dressing, administering medication, help with getting up in the morning and back into bed at night. The agency also offers a companionship service for customers, as well as help with household chores, like ironing, cleaning, cooking and shopping.

Bluebird Care has recently launched a Health & Wellbeing Checks Service for all new and existing customers. This new service comprises of a 30-minute appointment from specially trained ‘Care Champions’, who visit once a week to check their customer’s vital signs, such as blood pressure, alertness and breathing, and find out more about their overall wellbeing.

All Bluebird Care employees undergo extensive training in all aspects of care provision and have had an enhanced DBS check.

It is the attention to detail that makes Bluebird Care different and this, in turn, enables their customers to live safely in the comfort of their home.

I had been looking for domiciliary end-of-life care for my dad, as the company in situ at the time were much below the required standard (appalling). When searching, I spoke to Sally at Bluebird as I had heard of good reviews. Sadly, Bluebird was full to capacity, but during our short 15-minute call,
the care supervisor took the time to listen, showing more care and compassion than the care company in situ had done in 3 days, thank you, keep doing what you do, you are just perfect and a credit to Bluebird.

We are very pleased with the standard of care provided for our mum. Mum is treated with dignity and her concerns and views are listened to. She is treated with respect and love. His previous experiences include working at the board level within the food manufacturing industry where attention to detail is paramount. Jess joined the Bluebird Care team in September 2019 as a Business Development and Recruitment Coordinator and in May 2024, was promoted to Deputy Care Manager. Her role involves recruiting new staff to join our team, advertising and promoting the business as well as event management for customers, staff and also charities.


Jess previously worked in a customer services environment prior to joining the care industry 8 years ago. She has spent these years working in domiciliary care, a nursing home and a residential home. Aggie became a part of our team in September 2018, starting as a care assistant.
