Bluebird Care Stafford provides high-quality home care, live-in care and support services to keep customers safe and comfortable in their own homes.

The agency offers a unique choice of flexible homecare and support services tailored to the needs of the individual, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The service can range from a 30-minute visit, to a night-sitting service, to 24-hour live-in care. Care can be provided to cover a short-term illness, or respite care because the usual carer is having a break. Whatever the need, Bluebird Care Stafford's dedicated homecare team are happy to discuss all requirements.

The care offered can include flexible home care solutions that range from washing, bathing, toileting, dressing, administering medication, help with getting up in the morning and back into bed at night. The agency also offers a companionship service for customers, as well as help with household chores, like ironing, cleaning, cooking and shopping.

Bluebird Care has recently launched a Health & Wellbeing Checks Service for all new and existing customers. This new service comprises of a 30-minute appointment from specially trained ‘Care Champions’, who visit once a week to check their customer’s vital signs, such as blood pressure, alertness and breathing, and find out more about their overall wellbeing.

All Bluebird Care employees undergo extensive training in all aspects of care provision and have had an enhanced DBS check.

I can honestly say I would highly recommend Bluebird Stafford. They look after my Uncle with so much care, respect and dignity. They have tailor suited his care needs. All the care staff go above and beyond and all have wonderful characters. I believe they treat my Uncle as if he was their own parent,
and we can ask for no more. Thank you to all of the team for everything you do. As I have said before you are all Angels.

Generally excellent service, Carers very competent at their duties. Occasional difficulties of carer are new and not yet familiar with my needs/routine. The office admin staff are able to offer time flexibilities if I have medical or other appointments.

I have found the service provided by Bluebird to be excellent. The carers can't do enough to look after my mother. She is able to stay in her own home which without this level of care she would not be able to do. They have also eased the burden on me and I am reassured by their presence that my mother
is being well cared for. The support provided by the Head Office is also first-class by carrying out such activities as calling the GP, arranging prescriptions, making referrals to other agencies etc all of which makes my own life easier.

I signed Mum up with Bluebird Care in March this year when she came out of hospital after a fairly lengthy stay.
Living 60 miles away and therefore not being able to see her every day it is Bluebird's twice-daily visits which give me the reassurance that she is well and looking after herself properly.
I speak to Mum on the telephone every day but it is not always easy to gauge how she is feeling - but the ladies (and chap) from Bluebird see her twice a day and can see immediately if she if off colour or feeling low.
Most importantly however - given that my mum is adamant that she will not move from where she has lived all her life - just knowing that she is not isolated and that she sees a friendly face at least twice a day. Often a chat about the latest news or the weather is all she needs to make her day a good one.
I value Bluebird greatly as find all the staff to be caring and approachable and always willing to do anything to help ease the pressure of looking after my mum.

Bluebird Care offer a professional and excellent care service 365 days, meeting the care needs of my parents on a day to day basis and ensuring their health and well-being needs are met and fulfilled.
The carers on-call for home visits are supported by an efficient office-based team who offer excellent
and knowledgeable advice relating to my parents medical needs and requirements.
In short, nothing is too much trouble, they are pleasant, friendly and reliable offering a “warm and family feeling” experience to myself (the customer) and more importantly to my mum and dad.

For many people, there comes a time when the welfare of an elderly parent can become a stressful and overwhelming experience.
Dealing with the more intimate needs of a terminally ill relative can for many people be the tipping point where you need to seek the help of professional carers. I found the
staff at Bluebird to be caring, responsive and empathetic when I needed it most. I have total admiration for the people who perform the service of looking after our Elderly. Without them, we would all be the poorer. You deserve all the praise you get. Thank you for looking after my mother in her final days.

I cannot praise the Bluebird carers enough. They look after my mum with compassion, care and dignity. They are always professional and cheerful and go the ' extra mile' to fulfil her needs. Communication is very good both with the carers and the office staff. If there is ever a problem it is sorted

Excellent all round service. Carers are efficient, friendly, caring, polite and very professional. Nothing is too much trouble. The office staff are also very helpful and polite and very good when I need to change visit times. We always get a rota for the following week in plenty of time which is very
helpful. We would definitely recommend Bluebird without hesitation.

Bluebird Care has been amazing. This is the first time we have had to use any care service and I can not recommend it highly enough. Bluebird have been so helpful when I didn’t know what to do.


Care plans put in place for both of my parents and these are completed in detail.
Very good communication

as to which carer is attending each day.
Very helpful and accommodating when I explained that I needed to change the timings of the carers coming into visit my parents.
Carers are very good especially relating to my mum's needs.

Bluebird has cared for my elderly Mum for almost twelve months now and during that time they have been very supportive and helpful. The carers are punctual and do a good job. They are pleasant and caring and seem to be caring for my Mum's needs as appropriate. The office staff is always helpful and
supportive too. In recent times with the current threat of Coronavirus, carers have continued to support my Mum well, wearing the correct personal protection equipment and regular hand washing. These times have been worrying and anxious for all but we as a family have put our trust in Bluebird and their carers. Having access to Open Pass has also been very reassuring. Keep up the good work.

The Bluebird Carers have always provided an excellent service giving us, the extended family who don't live close by, peace of mind knowing that Mum is being looked after every day. Since lockdown the carers, one in particular, have gone beyond the call of duty, collecting prescriptions, doing the
essential food shopping and more importantly supporting my Dad as well, even though Mum is the official service user, by reminding him to look after himself during these difficult times, it has been a great help, particularly as they are both so vulnerable and we can't visit other than through a window. Thank you, everyone, at Bluebird Care for continuously providing an excellent essential service.

Bluebird has been caring for my mother and father since March of this year. They both suffer from dementia and need 4 calls per day. I swapped from another care provider because I wasn't happy with the level of care. So far I have been very impressed with Bluebird in all aspects of my parents' care.
The carers are very friendly and efficient at doing their job. They let me know if they find any health problems with mum and dad. The office staff are also very efficient at flagging any problems to the relevant authorities. They are also easy to contact and very reassuring when I need help. I am extremely grateful to the whole team because dealing with two parents is extremely stressful for me at times and they are always at the end of the phone if I need them.

His previous experiences include working at the board level within the food manufacturing industry where attention to detail is paramount. Jess previously worked in a customer services environment prior to joining the care industry 8 years ago. She has spent these years working in domiciliary care, a nursing home and a residential home.
