Agincare UK Bristol is a provider of quality home care services in Crew's Hole, close to the heart of Bristol city itself. Care services enables clients to live independently within their own homes in Bristol and the South Gloucestershire area.

Person-centred care services are offered that include domiciliary and general home care, as well as more specialist services such palliative or complex care. Respite care is available for those that require a break.

Staff are selected that have the best possible care experience, and who are kind and compassionate.

The vetting process for candidates is very strict and any potential care staff are CRB and reference checked before selection. Staff will then undergo intensive training with an introductory three day course. Further training and ongoing support to all staff is also provided.

Staff treat clients with respect and dignity at all times.

Recent receiver of support from Agincare - so far very impressed with the care provided to my mum. All the carers were very willing, attentive and proving very helpful. Communication channels seem good. We are all definitely feeling the benefit of Agincares input.

I started using Agincare again after a break of a few years, my carer is very professional, and always has a warm smile, nothing is too much trouble for her, from helping me to shower to doing a few little domestic jobs and chatting. I look forward to her visits. I would recommend Agincare to anyone
struggling to cope alone.

I moved to Agincare from another home care provider and I'm so glad I did. The carers are friendly, efficient and professional. The most important thing that got me as someone with very limited energy is the consistency of personnel. I have been regularly seeing a small group of different carers with
1 main carer. I have also known well in advance who is coming and at what time.

Agincare started caring for my dad recently and his quality of life has improved so much since then. The carers treat him with dignity and respect and are always willing to go the extra mile to provide him with the best care possible. He loves that he can have a chat and a laugh with them too as he

The carers who look after my dad have been excellent, and one of the carers is excellent. They look after my dad so well and always checking my mum is ok, also the supervisor, could not fault him. If I need anything he is always there to help, excellent care is provided by yourselves always.

I can honestly recommend this care provider 100%, all carers treat my uncle with the dignity and respect that he deserves. I can't fault any of the carers, they have given my mum such excellent support, they are friendly and pleasant, my uncle seems very happy to see them. He's more settled now since
he has come home, I have worked in care myself for over thirty years so I am grateful to see such good, caring people. Once again, thank you for all your support to my uncle and my mum.

Have been with Agincare for just over three weeks, having had care visits from different agencies twice a day, for 30+ years. I can honestly say they are one of the best agencies I’ve ever had. Lovely friendly, carers, always arrive promptly and treat me with friendship, respect, consideration and
dignity. The care given is also excellent. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful; answering promptly if I have a query. (Something I’ve not seen in other agencies!). Extremely happy - thanks, guys!

The carers have all been friendly, cheerful, supportive and helpful, no complaints.
The only time we have been anxious is when a carer has been unavoidably delayed or has rung in sick and understandably her replacement has been late.
A phone call to the office has always been handled with courtesy
and understanding.
I do think a call from the office pre warning of a probable delay would help.

My mum receives care every week and the staff who come into our house are very friendly and professional at all times. Mum goes out every Friday with a particular member of staff and they go from shopping to doing activities, Mum enjoys this so much. We are so happy with the care that is provided and

Agincare has been providing care for my mother for over two years, and the service we’ve received has been excellent.
The care workers have become part of our family, and Mum has formed wonderful friendships with every one of them.
They understand her needs both mentally and physically and treat

We have been having the carers for the past 6 months. Very friendly and supportive/helpful team including the office. The only negative was the timekeeping, which wasn’t often but annoying. The office is very accommodating to last-minute requests.

We are very happy with the carer who sits with my husband and happy with the service. He is always on time and very polite and makes sure my husband takes his medication at the right times. Family members are very happy with the care he gets on a Tuesday. Also, I'm very happy with the phone calls from

All of Dad's care needs are met with great professionalism and most, if not all, staff are conscientious to what level of care he needs. In my opinion, they go above and beyond to ensure his care needs are provided. As well as being professional, there is an element of realism with the care team treating
Dad as a real human and not just as a client. Whenever I pop in to see Dad and the care team are there, they are always polite and are quick to point out any items which may need addressing such as toiletries, appliance maintenance and even shopping items. This not only facilitates Dad but also myself.

We first contacted Agincare to support our mother at home in March 2023. The service provided by both the admin and care team has been exceptional. We have had to add additional days at short notice and occasionally cancel care due to hospital admissions, and there has never been an issue. We are very
grateful to all the staff we have had contact with for their professionalism and understanding.

My carer came at 10:45 am. I require help when I have a body wash. The carer washed my back and put deodorant on under my arms. I have limited movement in my right shoulder and arm after a bad fall thirteen years ago. My carer always makes sure all is well when they leave. I have been with Agincare
for over five years, find them the best agency I have been with to date. Efficient office staff and carers.

We find the visits are at very irregular times and some days morning medication isn’t given until nearly lunchtime. Teatime visits are sometimes as early as 2.30.
Carers are very kind and helpful and staff in the office are always happy to assist with any queries.

The carers who tend to my brother's needs (two of them who go frequently) are exceptional and go above and beyond. We have good communication with them and they are professional and very helpful.
I don't know all of them but the two I do know are very understanding of his individual needs.
I can’t
speak re. management as I mostly communicate through carers but whenever I have phoned the office they are polite and helpful.

Vicky was promoted to Registered Manager for the Bristol branch in October 2021 and has worked in care for just over 10 years, continuously working for Agincare in different roles within the same branch in Bristol. Vicky started off as a care worker, then a Senior Care Worker, Field Care Coordinator, and Deputy Manager and has now progressed a Registered Manager.


During her time in the care sector, Vicky has gained many qualifications including Apprenticeships Level 2, 3 & 4 in Health and Social Care. Vicky is also trained in First Aid and Mental Health First Aid.


Outside of work, Vicky has a passion for photography which she has a degree.
Vicky also enjoys watching snooker, swimming and spending time with her partner, Scott and cat, Kiwi.
