All feedback received is taken very seriously and I am sorry that you have felt the need to leave this negative review...I am happy to discuss the issues raised with you personally.
None of my office staff have ever spoken to you and no complaint has been received from your sister (service user) or any of the next of kin/emergency contacts we have on file. Your name does not appear on this list. I am the Manager of the Agency and I have not had any dealings with you either. Upon investigating your allegations there is a note regarding the broken teapot which our carer reported to your Father who said not to worry about it. If you would like it replaced I will happily do this. I also note we gave notice to withdraw our services as we could not provide the right type of staff to satisfy the requirements of the service user. This is the first negative review I can remember in 25 years of being the Manager of this Agency. Please contact me on 01621 843485. Kind regards Mike
