We have used this company for my mother, who is 93yrs old, for the last 2-3years and found them after searching for home care online.
From day one they have proved to be extremely helpful and are always available to offer guidance then needed. My mother has 2 carers who come in 3 days a week. She has
bonded so with both of them, nothing is too much trouble.
As both myself and my brother live some distance away, it is of great comfort to us to know that she is in such good hands.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

I have been a client of Home Instead since August when I fell over and became immobilised. Home Instead arranged for a carer to come every morning and later in the evenings too. This was all arranged successfully at very short notice. The carers were introduced to me by the director on the day they
began caring. I had the same carers all the time, so I got to know them and they me.
It is the policy of Home Instead to match each client with a compatible carer. This has worked very well for me and I am very impressed with the dedicated team at Home Instead.

My carer is very kind and very nice. Lovely to see the lady from the office who comes to see me every 12 weeks to check that I am ok. My carer is very understanding of all my needs.

Home Instead has been providing care for my mother for the last 3 or 4 years. The level of service has increased as her dementia has advanced. Their service has enabled her to stay in her own home much longer than we could have hoped. All the carers who took care of my mother were very professional,
warm, kind and caring. They were obviously trained in dealing with her dementia and limited sight. The agency was very good at keeping me appraised of her declining abilities, which was extremely helpful to me as I live in the U.S.

I would like to record the commitment and care shown by all of the (Caregivers) which has been truly remarkable and far beyond that which we anticipated at the start, not so much carers as part of the family who have brightened my mother’s days fulfilling her wish to be in her own home, for which I
thank you all.

Home Instead Senior Care are a very good run, caring agency. My mum is 95 and suffers from Dementia and they are very caring and making mum happy. They make her drinks, take her out and overall I have great trust in them to look after my mum. They are very good to my mum and if there is a problem they
will deal with it or will call me.

Home Instead are excellent. They match the carers with the clients. The carers do whatever you want no matter how small the job and most of all they become a friend. They are always on time, even allowing for bad traffic problems so there is no waiting around and they soon get to know your likes and
dislikes. The office staff are nearly always efficient and are always friendly.
A spot check every 3 months is brilliant as carers are not made aware of when it is happening, all in all if I have to have carers Home Instead provide an excellent service.

My husband is cared for by 2 carers who attend each week day and alternate weekends. From 8am to 10am. They give him personal care, provided breakfast and as they have been coming since Sept 2014 they are part of the family in helping him and me. I am fit and well and have a cleaner or gardener to help.
A quality assurance officer from Home Instead Senior Care comes every 3 weeks to see us and is very helpful.

Very pleased with the standard of care given to my friend. The carers treat him with dignity and respect - he enjoys their company.
Home Instead also do very regular checks with ourselves (live-in carers) and with his family. Making sure all is okay and if anything has changed or is needed.

Discovered Home Instead approximately nine months ago to care for my elderly father. Chose them because of the reviews on the website. We have been really pleased with the service, the carers have been amazing. My father sadly passed away in October but we decided to continue with the carers as companions
for my mother, which has helped to ease her loss. We were impressed how Home Instead addressed the needs of the client and organised appropriate carers, it brightened up my dads days and he loved it when he got taken out to lunch or had visits to various places.

Home Instead provided my father with caring and professional service. They were available to talk to at any time and were always ready to offer advice and practical help. The carers who we used were so friendly towards my father who suffered from Alzheimer's and nothing was too much trouble.

This agency has been a life line for me and my husband. They are more than an agency in care, home help and any other support. I feel that I can always pick up the phone which is peace of mind when I am alone in this house.

I can't fault this company for the standard of care that they provide to my mother but also for the support that they provide to us as the wider family. It was a difficult task to persuade mum that a bit of extra support would not only help her but also reduce the burden on us. Mum is absolutely delighted
with the caregiver that has been matched to her, they have become real friends. It has also significantly reduced my stress levels knowing that there is another pair of eyes on the ground as well as a team that I can turn to.

The service went very well and everything discussed on my husbands care and his needs. Every time we had care either come out or talk over the phone it has been very courteous and compassionate with our concerns. Always very polite and caring.

Home Instead in Epson keeps us very well informed of any changes in care givers schedule and any concerns they have concerning my mother. The care givers are all kind, polite and willing to do any tasks needed. They are professional , carrying out any task that are not in our remit. Regular reviews
that help us monitor our mothers escalating dementia.

Appointment made in advance. The reviewer to care to look at any changing needs my mother has or is likely to have in the near future. In particular we discussed a forthcoming hip operation and care required. This review was easy as my mum's carer is fantastic and is quick to notify of any issues and
gives hands on practical support. Brilliant!

There is nothing negative to say about Home Instead, their staff are reliable and caring. When a designated carer cannot attend, then a known carer stands in. They have always been able to accommodate changes in circumstances which takes the pressure off our family. We have regular visits from the management
to update the care plan and discuss my parents needs.
