A family run business, Valleywood Care Limited offers domiciliary care to clients in and around Crewe, Willaston and Nantwich. With over 15 years in care management, Valleywood Care provide an efficient and personal service to people who endeavor to remain as independent as possible in their own homes. Appreciating that every one of the clients is different with individual needs, they offer a service totally tailored to them.

  • Private Fees:
    Our private care services are billed at the following rates:


    £27.00 per hour visit
    £20.50 per 45 minute visit
    £14.00 per 30 minute visit


    The above rates apply during Monday to Sunday hours, and including Bank Holidays.
    This includes a wide range of services tailored to meet your specific needs.


    Night Sitting Rate:
    For night sitting services, which are provided between the hours of 10pm and 7am, our rates range from £130 to £150 per night sit. This ensures that you or your loved one has the support they need throughout the night.


    Day Sitting Rate:
    Our day-sitting services are available at a rate of £20 per hour, with a minimum booking of 6 hours. This service provides peace of mind that your loved one is cared for and supported during the day.

My mother became extremely unwell the Friday before Christmas and when the care coordinator and the director arrived on Monday to provide urgent palliative care at home it was like a massive weight had been lifted. They arranged comprehensive care at very short notice using their dedicated team of carers.
Throughout the process, they have made sure we have the level of care needed and it really shows that everyone including management does this because they really do care.
All the carers who have tended to my mum have shown her the utmost respect, upholding her dignity, and showing kindness towards her in her frail condition. It's an extremely busy week and I'm writing this on Christmas Day but the carers we have had haven't shown the slightest frustration in working during the festive period they are truly worth their weight in gold, always cheerful and experienced which has allowed me to spend my mums final few days as quality time and I will always be extremely grateful for everyone going above and beyond.

Valleywood cared for my father in the months prior to his death at home. They provided thoughtful, supportive and friendly care to my dad and were caring and supportive toward us as a family too. My dad was treated with the utmost dignity and respect, as were we. They went above and beyond to support
us and we as a family will be forever grateful. Valleywood are now caring for my mum who is also at home on palliative care. They are extremely reliable and the staff are so friendly and caring. We're incredibly lucky to have them by our side. The staff skills are amazing. They are all well-trained and very thoughtful. They are kept running smoothly by a highly experienced office and management team. I wouldn't use anyone else. I'm so grateful for their support. They are the best there is. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering home care for their family member or loved one. They will not let you down.

My wife has a nasty sore on stomach which was noticed by the carer and was rebated. A nurse came straightaway and the correct cream was applied. The sore disappeared. Job done excellent.

I am greatly appreciative of the help Valleywood carers give me. They are all so cheerful and pleasant and cheer me up immediately when they arrive. Their care is professional and give great assistance to me. They are a tonic and help me cope with the day.

Valleywood Care has been responsible for the care of my father-in-law and mother-in-law for over four years. During that time all aspects of the service have been first-class. The management are approachable and friendly with a proactive ethos. The carers have been 100% understanding of the client's
needs which have been ever-changing over time. They have been instrumental in assisting myself and my wife in many challenging situations. I highly recommend this company.

To find out my husband has a terminal illness was devastating. To have carers from Valleywood Care was, at first, daunting for both of us. However, the care, thought and experience they have shown is remarkable. The staff are exceptional. They make you feel comfortable within your home, will help with
anything and let alone looking after my husband they also take the time to look after me. It is an absolute pleasure to have them. You all do a fantastic job and a big thank you.

The services of this company, management and care staff are attentive, professional and have great knowledge and experience in the needs we required for my elderly father in law who relies on the services of Valleywood Care. We have been using this company for some time now on a daily basis and care
staff have always been punctual and most helpful even staying behind to help in emergency situations. On occasion, we have needed help and advise on care decisions regarding who to speak to within the NHS maze of departments and Valleywood Care have told us on occasion not only the right department but also the right people to advise us. Valleywood is a credit to its directors, managers and staff. I strongly recommend this company and hope they continue to set the high standard other companies can only strive to reach. We will continue to use Valleywood Care whilst finances allow with or without the assistance of the NHS or council funding. Well done to all.
