It was so very helpful to have this review of Mum's care plan. Everyone is always friendly and happy to see Mum and generous of spirit. It is so very reassuring to have a team of people that Mum is comfortable with. Mum's programme is working well and all the family are grateful fo this care.

Home Instead supported our mother for three years and we were always very happy with the service provided. The care professionals were always kind and sensitive to Mum's practical and emotional needs and she enjoyed their visits and their company. The office team and the administrative arrangements
were always efficient and responsive. They were always very accommodating when changes to Mum's care needed to be made and always very prompt at letting us know if there were any changes from their side. I would highly recommend them.

The service I am being provided with is running smoothly. The carers are efficient, friendly, clean, and polite.
If there is a change to a carer for any reason I am notified. If the carer is new, they are always introduced which is reassuring.
Care caregiver and receiver have a good understanding
of both our needs and this seems to work well. Reviews I feel are extremely informative and overall I'm loving the whole care package.

Thank you for your valuable help over the last few years. Your carers have been so kind and helpful to me and they have become dear friends without whom I could not have managed in the early days. Thank you to two staff members in particular for the lift from hospital yesterday, also I have just applied
for care to be suspended on future Fridays as well as the other days and I know you require two weeks' notice for this. Many thanks.

Occasionally I get someone I don't like - but they always respond straight away when I ask for change. Generally very helpful with some excellent people.

My husband and I both have been having care for at least two years. My husband has dementia and needs constant care, my needs are less but I am unable to walk far. We have day and night carers of who have been very efficient, friendly and fit into our way of life. We are lucky to have 2 excellent daytime
carers who alternate and 2 who cover us at night. Everyone is pleasant and we have very good food and enjoy their company. My husband is very vulnerable and I have complete faith in leaving them in charge.
