The management team have been very efficient and supportive. Found to be very accommodating such as moving the time of a morning call at short notice when the original time clashed with a hospital appointment. The carers are very reliable, friendly and professional, providing a high standard of care.

My father has been having regular weekly care from home instead to give my mother respite from her caring duties. They attend to his nutrition needs and carry out his physiotherapy programme and housekeeping needs. The carers are friendly caring efficient and professional. When my mother had a fall
home instead swiftly out in additional care for both of them over a weekend while 'emergency' care was arranged by social services. They kept in touch with me, made sure both dad and mum knew what would be happening, with a manager attending to introduce new carers each time. They were flexible, responsive and went out of their way to help and support. I highly recommend them.

I can't thank the care professionals enough for the incredible support they have given my mum during such a difficult time. They took care of everything, organising hospital visits, managing her transfer back home, and ensuring all the necessary equipment was in place to keep her comfortable. They also
kept my sister and me informed every step of the way, liaising with hospital staff and social care to make sure everything was coordinated smoothly. Beyond the practicalities, they provided Mum with much-needed company and reassurance when we couldn't be there. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication have made such a difference, and we are truly grateful for everything they have done.

The team at Home Instead have been a great support to both my mum as the client and myself as a worried and stressed daughter.
Since they have started providing care for mum, it has given me some peace of mind and removed some of the tasks I was carrying out each time I visited.
Mums health has deteriorated,
and thanks to the close contact with the team, we have been able to put in place additional visits at short notice.
During a recent stay in hospital, they also arranged for mum's carers to visit her in hospital, to give me some days off.
Managing my business, caring for mum, and living 2hrs away has but a huge strain on my health and wellbeing, so having the Home Instead Team by my side has been invaluable.

We have had an excellent service from the manager and her team of lovely carers. My parents had had an unsatisfactory experience previously and were reluctant to try daily care again but the carer really helped to make them feel comfortable and part of the process from start to finish. The carers are
always on time, very patient and have developed strong relationships with my parents which has been a very positive influence for them both. I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone who needs reliable, compassionate and organized help.

We could not have asked for a more efficient and caring group of people to look after Dad.
Thank you to you and your colleagues for all your help and support over these last few months. The communication and the care have been outstanding,
From the initial telephone call, we knew we had chosen the
right company to support Dad and our family as they provide a bespoke service.
The care manager and deputy manager are the most helpful people you could wish to speak to. All the staff are professional, caring, attentive, friendly and most of all patient in getting to know Dad and gaining his trust.
Thank you so much to the whole team, you are and have been invaluable to us all in your support and patience.
The communication is absolutely fantastic. I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone looking for in-home care and support for an elderly relative who wishes to remain in their own home.

After coming out of hospital following a back injury I had Home Instead to care for me twice a week, and I found them very caring and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and they would do anything I asked them.

The Home Instead team looked after my mum at home for the last 2 years of her life. I cannot praise them highly enough. From initial assessment to the care given to my mum as she gradually declined, they treated her with the utmost respect and dignity. When she (and the family) were low, they lifted
us up. They enabled my mum to stay in her home as she wished. Strongly recommend.

As a retired hospital consultant, I was worried about the need for carers. 2 years ago I had complications following total knee replacement with background Multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's Disease. On hospital discharge, my needs assessment was thorough and evolved during the time with help. We went
from dealing with an indwelling catheter to supervising a daily 150-metre walk with no support needed. My independence in activities of daily living was eventually good enough for me to stop my visits.
Continuity of care is always impossible 100% of the visits. However, the office staff did listen to my comments and struck a good balance when organizing carers' rosters.
If and when I next need carers, I will be happy to call upon Home Instead.

Home Instead have been excellent. For several years now they have looked after Dad with a daily visit, helping him with daily tasks as well as taking him to medical appointments. In December Dad had a fall and broke his hip and since then their care has stepped up to more regular visits to include help
with personal care and food preparation. All of the team have been amazing - kind, caring, thoughtful and of course practical. I know Dad really appreciates everything they do which has been so important for his recovery at 94.

Mum and Dad have dementia and the best thing we did was to ask Home Instead to step in. Their quality of life has improved so much, they are happy and settled now, thanks to the help and encouragement from the amazing caregivers and support from the reliable support staff. They have adapted well to
the professional and respectful prompting and encouragement, and are living comfortably and safely in their own home, what they always wanted. It's like a friend visiting as they have got to know the care staff and vice versa. The office order and collect prescriptions and engages with other areas, such as doctors. Mum and Dad receive a number of visits a day and it's like a well-oiled machine. One will put a wash on, the next will get it out to dry. They cook meals, give medication, wash and clean. They also notice health issues for example they have spotted water infections early on, which is so important. I can sleep at night knowing Mum and Dad are being so well cared for.

Getting the right care was essential. Home Instead listened to what we needed and have provided an excellent service which is exactly what we wanted. The care staff have been faultless in providing care and developing a relationship with the client.
Inviting any care provider into your home is a big
decision, we have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead. They have definitely improved our quality of life at such a difficult time.

I contacted Home Instead (Frodsham, Runcorn & Widnes) at the beginning of November 2022 following a period in hospital. Living on my own a wide range of day to day things suddenly became very difficult. A care plan was quickly put in place and carers were there to assist me. Over the past 8 months Home
Instead have covered a range of household tasks, helped me get to doctor appointments, collected prescriptions and have taken me shopping. The management team are approachable, professional and deal with requests promptly. They are flexible and have a friendly attitude. The carers who have attended my home have been kind and very helpful. Tasks are carried out in a professional manner and they have shown me care and respect. The simple companionship, having someone come to the house 3 times a week, is so important. The level of care and assistance I have received from Home Instead has been consistently excellent. I recommend them without reservation.

The care givers from Home Instead are superb - not only in the provision of practical support, but also in the way it is delivered (always with humour, banter and cheerfulness!). Home Instead as an organization is professionally run, with proper training and procedures for the Care Givers and good communications
with other providers such as NHS GPs, district nurses, pharmacies etc. And reliability is excellent - they always appear through covid, storms and blizzards.

If I needed a care company I would choose Home Instead (Frodsham, Runcorn & Widnes). We were in dire straits when they came to my uncle-in-law's home, and literally took over the reins, but in such a respectful and caring way. It was a huge relief knowing he was going to be properly cared for, as we
were struggling.
They listened to his needs and were flexible in their services, and went above and beyond. The ladies were friendly and kind and if I wanted something changing or doing, they did it. They made suggestions and were easily contactable if we had a problem. I would highly recommend.

Mum has been using Home Instead Frodsham for the last three years. Having moved to Frodsham from Yorkshire at the age of 87 we felt that she needed some companionship (as much to support me as it was to support her!) The girls visit her three times a week and take her shopping, visit garden centres,
go out for lunch or help with household tasks, in fact whatever she asks. She very much looks forward to and enjoys their company. They put some fun back into her life. They are a great help to me making sure that she sees someone every day.

Home Instead visited my mother three times a day for two and a half years before she became unable to stay at home. The carers she had were always kind and helpful to her and she looked forward to their visits. Despite the effects of Covid, they never missed a visit and were almost always on time.
Although
quite expensive, the care and service that they provided were first-class. They were always happy to go over and above.

The Frodsham Home Instead team looked after my father for several years, enabling him to stay in his much-loved own home. Every team member was professional, thoughtful and, importantly, great fun. They really took the time to get to know Dad, his likes and dislikes and treated him with great care and
respect. Dad received up to five visits a day and always looked forward to them. The team inspired huge confidence in us as a family. The management team were equally kind, efficient and a huge support to us. We feel incredibly lucky that Dad had the opportunity to be looked after by such a great group of carers.

After much soul searching we decided we needed care for my dad; as my mum was unwell too. We interviewed many care providers and from the moment we met Home Instead we knew they were right for us.
The team professionally cared for my dad until the end and then my mum again until she was reunited with
my dad.
The team became part of our parents' daily routine and were invaluable to our wider family support, giving our family peace of mind.
