The caregivers from Home Instead Frodsham looked after my elderly Dad during the last four years of his life enabling to stay in the comfort of his own home for as long as possible. I'm glad to say the level of care they provided was consistently excellent. The carers themselves were punctual, reliable
and professional, and also extremely kind and caring, patient and good-humoured. Dad was very happy during this time and he was able to relax and enjoy the last few years of his life, knowing all his needs would be taken care of. Our family will always have a deep sense of gratitude. Thank you so much!

The care and support given to mum by Home Instead Frodsham was second to none. The carers treated mum with kindness and understanding whether it was making a cup of tea or helping her get washed and dressed. Mum looked forward to the visits and loved sharing her childhood memories.

I find the care and friendship services provided by Home Instead Frodsham for my elderly mother to be excellent. After having experience of other providers, it is reassuring and provides me with peace of mind to know Mum is being cared for in such an exemplary manner. The high standards of personal
care, the impressive punctuality of the visits, the updated notes on the website after each visit for family controlled access, and the happiness that I can see Mum gets from the consideration and support that she is receiving have led to the family decision that we will continue with the services of Home Instead as long as Mum remains in the family home. A top-class service, thank you.

We have been working with Home Instead for 6 months ever since my father returned home from a 2-week spell in hospital. It had become clear that he was incapable of looking after himself despite his protests to the contrary and he presented a number of challenges given he was adamant that he wanted
to remain in his home. Home Instead have been incredibly patient and impeccably professional throughout, providing 2 visits a day alongside reports via their app which are so reassuring that we know he is in good hands.

Home Instead cared for my father for several years as he became less able to do things for himself. Without exception, the carers were wonderful, willing, trustworthy, hard-working and caring people. He came to look at them as friends and their visits were a big part of his day. The admin staff were
equally kind and helpful and did their very best for him at all times. The business is run efficiently and I can't recommend them highly enough. They made it possible for Dad to stay in his own home until a week before he passed away. I will always be grateful to them.

The home care support given by the caregivers at Home Instead is fabulous. They are reliable and punctual. They are patient and supportive. Living a fair distance away, I know that my grandfather and his partner are in safe hands and also that the caregivers will contact me should there be any concerns
or questions. I have been really impressed with their attention to detail, seeking opinions from district nurses and community occupational therapists, to ensure that they are supported well in their own home. Nothing seems too much trouble. The team back in the Home Instead office are also very swiftly responsive to calls and e-mails so that any short term adjustments to care plans and calls can be made. I really do think they provide an exceptional service.

The caregivers from Home Instead have been caring for my mum for several years as her health has deteriorated and during the last days of her life. She died at home as was her wish and this would not have been possible without the dedication of the care staff. They were always professional, friendly
and caring with nothing being too much trouble. During the last weeks of her life, they did everything they could to keep her at home and comfortable, and particularly in the last week they not only cared for my mum but were an invaluable support for myself and my family. My mum was always treated with kindness and dignity by all the caregivers and training on the use of equipment was given to all carers by her care coordinators.
I would happily recommend Home Instead care to anyone needing care in the home for their loved ones.
Thank you.

My father-in-law is 97, lost his wife in early April and he suffers from dementia, hearing loss and limited vision - not an easy time for any of us. We live 65 miles away and need to be confident that he is being well looked after. We speak to him every day and really value access to the daily reports
submitted by the CAREGivers which often give us a good steer in our conversations which can be difficult. He thinks the CAREGivers are wonderful and looks forward to their visits as Covid restrictions make it difficult to have contact with other residents in the retirement apartment where he lives. Indeed, I think it would be impossible for him to continue to live independently without the support he gets from Home Instead. The CAREGivers do go above and beyond - attending his wife's funeral, helping sort out clothes and personal effects without upsetting him, taking him on little outings, finding someone to service the vacuum cleaner! And there is always someone at the end of the phone.

I have found the carers from Home Instead to be second to none in their care for my Aunt. She lives on her own at the age of 100 now and the carers visit her for one hour each day. She knows all the carers who come and treats them as friends. They all know her needs well and get on with the tasks in
hand efficiently, while keeping up a friendly conversation with my Aunt. They watch for any changes in her health or behaviour and report any concerns immediately to the office, who contact me. The carers write up a daily report online which I can access, so I am constantly aware of my Aunt's situation. I have had experience of a different care company a few years ago with my father and I have to say Home Instead far surpass the other company in policy, standard of care and communication. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have had outstanding service from Home Instead. I always think the measure of a service needs to be taken when things don't quite go to plan, as well as when things run smoothly. I'm extremely impressed with how they dealt with one issue we had which was no one's fault - dealt with swiftly and with
professionalism, to our complete satisfaction.

My mother-in-law and husband have received increasing care from Home Instead as their needs have changed. The carers are friendly, respectful and show understanding of their individual requirements.
They look forward to the carer’s visits and these have enabled them to continue in their home. Home
Instead communicate well with us as a family and we are very appreciative of their continued input, especially during these difficult times.

Having had to select a care provider for my parents living more than 100 miles from me, I count myself very lucky to have found Home Instead. Both my parents need support and have varying needs, both physical and mental and Home Instead have liaised on my behalf with various areas of the local health
authorities. Communication is excellent, allowing me to organise anything which is required for my parents and their home environment. The caregivers themselves regularly go above and beyond the call of duty and treat my parents with respect, whilst doing everything they can to make them comfortable in their own home.

The Frodsham branch of Home Instead was very caring and helpful. The staff were always polite and friendly, and Mum looked forward to them coming! The staff always arrived on time but didn’t rush off at the end of the visit if Mum needed help with something. When Mum fell, the girls contacted me immediately
and arranged for an ambulance team to make sure she was still ok to stay at home (I live 40 miles away so couldn’t get to Mums house quickly). Whenever I needed to speak with the management team, I was always spoken to politely, and I just felt that they really cared about Mums welfare.

Home Instead provided care and support to our Mum. From the outset, they managed the introduction of support in a professional and sensitive manner. All of the organisational communication was professional and efficient. The caregivers were all very skilled, kind and compassionate and worked hard to
get to know Mum and build a relationship with her. All the care was person-centred and based on trust and respect. They were entirely reliable and very flexible and responsive. We would recommend Home Instead without any hesitation and in fact, already have. They are a very professional team who keep the person and their individualised care at the centre of everything they do.

I could not have wished for more from a care provider. The company and the individuals are all invested in providing the very best of care. The carers who looked after my mother showed real empathy, understanding, and consideration. They brought companionship and kindness into her life. Their concern
for my mother's welfare went way beyond other care providers we have worked with. Professional, responsible, reliable and kind is how I describe the service provided.

Home Instead is well managed. They cared for mum on a daily basis without exception they were outstanding. Mum liked to see the same carers and that was guaranteed. I do not live locally so it was a great comfort for me to know that mum was so well looked after. Mum always looked forward to their visits.

I have used Home Instead Frodsham agency from approx 2016 - 2020 (February). My mother required care on different levels - depending on her mood! Her life and my life was made so much easier knowing that the carers were visiting twice a day. The standard of all concerned with Home Instead has been excellent
in every respect. Levels of communication, compassion and understanding could not be faulted. I am happy to recommend Home Instead and endorse all the excellent work they do as a team.

I have been extremely impressed with the care my grandmother has received through Home Instead. The team are well organised and share regular updates through an app. The carers have developed a really lovely relationship with my Gran and I have been particularly grateful to them for providing support
when I have been unable to visit due to Covid 19. They often go above and beyond - for example taking a photo of a rash to the GP surgery and obtaining the treatment within the same day. I am really grateful to the team for helping to maintain my Gran's independence whilst supporting her with things she can't do in a dignified way. I would like to specifically thank a certain member of staff who my Gran now sees as a friend as well as a carer.

Jane grew up in Frodsham and is married with five children. After a ten-year assignment in the Middle East with her husband’s job, she returned to live in Helsby in 2014. She began her working life in the banking and finance sector but gave this up to start a family and run a successful childminding business.
From 2007, she worked as the Executive PA in a busy primary school overseas and her role included all aspects of HR, recruitment and administration work.
Having gained her Diploma in Health and Social Care in 2005, Jane was keen to incorporate her admin experience into a role within a care setting. Due to her own father’s onset of dementia in the past few years, she came to understand the importance of the availability of honest, kind and sympathetic caregivers to support the family, together with the provision of support for the CAREGivers themselves, helping them to manage their important but often challenging roles. She came across the role of Caregiver Administrator at Home Instead whist researching care for her father; it was the perfect fit and so she joined the team in 2017.
