I am a new service user with Bluebird Care. Prior to receiving this care, I was struggling both physically and emotionally. The cares that visit me instantly lift my mood and positively change my outlook in my daily life. The care provided to me is bespoke to my needs and extremely professional. I look
forward to the girls arriving.

I cannot speak highly enough about the entire team at Bluebird Care. The fact that my strong-minded, previously very independent mother readily accepts the help of the daily carers is a testament in itself to the team who care for her and the manner in which they do it. The carers teat her with dignity
and compassion without ever patronizing her, and she not only accepts their help but she also thoroughly enjoys their company each day. Bluebird Care has allowed her to live in her own home as independently as possible for which she, and the rest of our family, are very grateful, especially as my brother and I both live away. From my side the team in the office could not be more helpful whenever I have any queries, they're always so nice to deal with and never make me feel like a nuisance! 10 out of 10 all round!

Bluebird always let you know if the carer is going to be late and attend to everything that needs to be done. Very satisfied, good agency.

All the carers have been an asset. Communication with the manager is excellent. Always returns calls and implements suggestions from family members. Only criticism when notes left for carers to help assist Dad, occasionally these are overlooked, e.g. informing them of where clean clothes are left so
Dad sometimes put on underwear from the previous day and clothes not changed regularly. Supervising when in the shower a must, to assist with using soap and shampoo as Dad now forgets or doesn't use the correct soap/shampoo on his hair/body and his hair needs the correct item as he has scalp psoriasis. Also request can be overlooked to make a fresh drink with evening meds.

Thank you for your fantastic review, we really enjoy working with Dad.

Mum has Alzheimer's and was starting to get anxious and confused, so we decided a live-in carer was essential for our own peace of mind, let alone her safety and reassurance. The two ladies who live with mum are equally capable, lovely and wonderful with mum! We feel so lucky to have then onboard especially
in lockdown.

The standard of service and care received has been first class. My father-in-law became friends with his carers. They worked as a team and communicated well and were genuinely fond of him. They found ways to make home-cooked meals which he thoroughly enjoyed.

Handing over the care of my very precious mother was one of the most difficult things I have had to do. Being an experienced nurse in the care of elderly and dementia patients I have high expectations and appreciate a carer's job is extremely challenging. Bluebird carers and management have been excellent.
They keep me informed of any changes which are very important.

My mother has been cared for at home, by a live-in care worker, provided by Bluebird. This has been a huge boon to us, as without this service she would not have been able to be discharged from hospital.
The care seems to be fine. Because of the pandemic, I have not been able to observe the care in
person, but my understanding is that it is of a high standard.
Looking after a 98-year-old lady with quite severe mobility problems and other disabilities (such as profound deafness) is a considerable challenge, and not something that many people could do cheerfully for long hours in a badly adapted house.

The whole package and service provided is exactly what is needed when times are very difficult. The carers are superb, friendly and understanding and the management team also contact you regularly to check everything is ok which is very comforting. At the last minute, my parents live in carer for the
Christmas period became unwell and in these very stretching times they face, Bluebird still managed to provide live-in care over the holiday period.

This section was filled in when they called for the annual review yesterday, so I will just add more except to say, all the carers are very good and professional in every way. I couldn't wish for better treatment and I look forward to their daily visits.

I continue to be very happy with the care provided by Bluebird, especially as I live so far away from my father. Tasks are completed to the highest standard and communication is excellent. The carers go above and beyond what is required to keep my dad living independently.

My mother, being elderly, is cared for as soon as your staff come through the door. She warms to them as they are cheerful. They take the utmost care when showering her, dress and ready her for the day. I commend them on doing their job. All of the staff are polite in leaving the property.

Bluebird Care has been amazing! I cannot thank them enough for making the transition from hospital to home so easy. This is exactly the reassurance and expertise we needed as me and my brother live so far away. I am so pleased with the care my father is receiving and the reason I know this is because
the communication from the carers and company has been excellent. All we wish for is that our father is well looked after and happy. Bluebird has such an understanding of the vulnerability of clients and the worry it can have on family members that they treat clients like family. Bluebird has shown they are extremely professional in their approach but what's nice is the personal touch they add to the service they provide. I have great confidence in Bluebird Care, and I really do appreciate everything they have done for us as a family.

My mum's main carer is an absolute gem. Mum enjoys the visits and it is very reassuring to see the excellent relationship that has developed. Having Bluebird staff visiting Mum every day means that I worry a lot less about Mum - it's particularly important at the moment when social interaction is minimised.
