The care manager responded to my request so quickly and I was able to have some extra help as although I am independent with most things I still need some help.

I have only been with Bluebird for the past three months but in that short time, I have always found them very kind, efficient and helpful and always on time. I would definitely recommend Bluebird to my friends. Thank you.

Since my parents, initially Mum, then both Mum and Dad; have been cared for by the excellent Bluebird team, I have been able to relax knowing they are safe and looked after.
The carers quickly developed a rapport with my parents which enabled Mum and Dad to settle into a routine.
The Bluebird team
are positive, friendly and efficient, and I see genuine care and concern for my parents’ wellbeing from all the staff.
I am kept informed of any developments and consulted where relevant.
The rota is well managed, and the team are totally reliable and conscientious.
My Dad has had a few falls and recently became very unwell due to his diabetes. In each instance, the staff were calm, reassuring and completely competent in keeping him safe.
I can’t praise them enough.

Without the Bluebird ladies, I would find it difficult to remain in the home I love and, would like to stay here as long as I possibly can. I have already recommended Bluebird to an acquaintance.

I am generally happy with the care my husband receives, although some carers are better than others.

All carers are extremely pleasant and polite. Punctuality is essential (as I have a bus to catch) and most carers are early, giving me a chance to chat for a minute (only 1 late this month - traffic problems).

All staff are neatly turned out in their outfits and do a good job with cheerfulness and caring. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very willing with everything they do. We have been using Bluebird Care for about 3 years now and would recommend them to anyone who needs care.

I think overall the care I receive is very good indeed. On the odd occasion I get a bit annoyed when a carer calls who I am not expecting and I don't have a phone call explaining the change of carer.

After a hip replacement, I required assistance in taking a shower and getting dressed. All the carers who attended were punctual, experienced and very friendly and attentive to my needs. I would certainly recommend Bluebird Care to anyone who needs care at home.

Bluebird Care was amazing at caring for my mother and supporting me during the time Mum spent at home and the girls' care of my Mum during the last few months and her last week went above and beyond.
I would recommend them to care for anyone I know.

The health carers from Bluebird treated my husband with loving care and dignity. His face broke into a big smile every time they came to our house. They would sing and laugh with him during the final weeks of his life. I am overwhelmingly grateful for the support they gave to me also. Thank you to each
and every one of you.

When problems are pointed out to the management they seem to resolve them. Not 100% but they are getting there slowly.
