C T Care Ltd is an independent care provider, the head office is in Market Harborough. Home care services are offered in Market Harborough, Corby, Desborough and Rothwell and surrounding villages.

The aim is to offer straightforward, affordable and outstanding care to service users in the comfort of their own homes. This care is centred around the service user and their family/friends are included as part of the specific and individual plan of care that the team agree with them. This can be changed and updated as needs change. This can be funded privately, by social services, or the NHS.

The agency offers hourly care from 30 mins up to live-in care packages for a single person or couples and a free, no obligation 1 hour home assessment with a senior member of staff. This can be requested by phone or e-mail and the agency will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

The staff are all screened and undergo a thorough recruitment and training process. This involves interviews, references - at least 3, and DBS checking. All staff have to complete a mandatory training involving both theory and practical modules. Only when these have been completed and assessments passed can they work with the team of carers.

The agency offers personal care, dementia support, respite care and sits, medication support, food and drink preparation, shopping, domestic cleaning, escorting to hospital/GP appointments, bed-changing, vacuuming, making phone calls, companionship and much more.

My husband has one call a day and we are very happy with the care my husband receives. The carers are friendly, kind and cover everything on his care plan. They are punctual.

We have been so fortunate in having C T Care as my husband's carers - they have and are so good at their jobs, cover all aspects of care in an exemplary way. Without their care and support, we certainly would never cope with the health problems my husband has. If I could, I would give them a gold star
for being there at our time of need and cannot thank them enough for carrying out all duties in such a caring manner.

C T Care looks after my mother with four visits a day. The carer visits are a highlight for my mother! The social interaction is wonderful, they make her laugh and communicate clearly when issues arise. I live many miles away, but trust the wonderful carers to look after Mum in a respectful, tender,
and empathetic way. Thank you for keeping Mum safe.

All the carers treat my husband with respect and kindness and respect his dignity. He has taken to all his carers and doesn't mind being cared for as realises that I cannot do it safely. I am happy to let them get on with caring on their own as I know that he is safe. They will do whatever is requested
of them for him and also always ask how I am as well.

CT Care looks after my Grandma and I cannot fault any of the staff. They are always on time, kind, caring, and go above and beyond. Because of the CT Care staff, I am now able to visit my Grandma and have a Grandma/Grandaughter relationship.

CT Care is always professional and caring and strives to accommodate all requests, for example, our request for a later bedtime.
Mum has her favorite carers and whenever possible these are on Mum's Rota.
We are pleased to hear an easier form of 'paperwork' is being introduced as Mum feels at the
moment it's taking too much time out of her call.

Have found carers to be friendly and caring and each manages to do what is needed in the limited time they are given. Although unfortunately they have to use part of this to sit and fill in paperwork! Which rather limits the time the client is paying for.

My mother has received care from CT Care for over two years. I'm very happy with CT Care, they always contact me promptly if they have any concerns or questions and usually have a solution to offer. They're very reliable and on each visit, they work with Mum to follow her wishes for the day and if
she's feeling particularly independent they use any spare time on household tasks instead to ease her day. They're extremely careful to ensure Mum's medication is taken as prescribed. They are also very responsive if we need to increase her number of visits for a short while or have other unexpected requests - once I was able to borrow a wheelchair at 30 minutes' notice so Mum could attend a hospital appointment. All the paperwork is kept up to date, I can read in the daily diary what has been done for Mum and how she has been feeling each morning and there are regular reviews of her needs and view of the service.

Excellent service. Time is taken to match carers to clients and nothing is too much trouble. All the carers are fantastic and highly trained. I cannot fault the service they provide. I highly recommend it!
