CAREGivers stay for a minimum of one hour per visit to ensure that the client is not rushed and that their needs are met in a dignified and respectful manner.

Bespoke personalised services build upon companionship and home-help though to personal care and specialised Dementia care.

Home Instead is a leading provider of Alzheimer’s and other Dementias care. CAREGivers are fully trained having completed the Home Instead City and Guilds accredited Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care training to ensure high quality care is constantly delivered.

Mum is 86 and struggling to cope independently at home. We have had several carers attending to my mum on a daily basis. They are always kind and willing to help in many little ways. The office have also been very attentive, easy to contact and accommodating, often arranging cover at difficult times.
It took the pressure off the family at a difficult time, thank you for your care and support

There are four people from Home Instead who come every dinner time to care for my dad. He gets on with each one and they each take time to spend with him and get to know him and what his likes and dislikes are. They care for him as if he was a member of their family and always contact me if they have
any concerns.

At a time in his life between needing increasing care and permanent care, Home Instead were a great choice. The carer was lovely and fulfilled her remit very well whilst also providing my uncle with happy chats which he looked forward to. Alas at 95 his care needs changed and he moved into a care home,
but the time he had with the Home Instead team was invaluable. Many thanks for everything.

Home Instead provided flexible care to my father as his needs increased. They were professional and very caring. My father responded well to his caregivers, and enjoyed their companionship, as well as benefiting from their care. Some of the carers formed a close and with my father, and were genuinely
fond of him. The care provided was, on the whole, excellent.

Appreciate that the carers are introduced to my father before they visit him, to prepare his evening meal. A small team of carers give a good service supported by the office staff. I feel comfortable with the service provided, I usually prepare notes for each visit for the carer, which seems to work
well.
Good support provided by the office and any issues raised are listened to and actioned promptly.

I highly recommend Home Instead. Our experience with the organisation has been nothing but positive from the speed of their response, to our initial inquiry, to the kindness and consideration of the staff.
The needs of my mother-in-law were quickly assessed and a companion was recommended who she
bonded with, in a very short period of time.
She, unfortunately, had a fall not long after the care plan was put in place but Home Instead were exceedingly flexible and helpful in adapting the plan, visiting her at alternative locations and generally helping facilitate an everchanging and complicated situation.
They have kept us updated at each step of the way and offered my husband and I advice when requested.
A very efficient and caring team of professionals.

We used their services for a couple of months for an elderly relative who wanted to stay at home following a recent illness. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were punctual with their timekeeping and weren't watching the clock during their visits.
The manager went out of her way to help
us get something in place as it was an urgent request.
Our relative is now going into a nursing home so we no longer need their services - but would recommend them based on the excellent service we received.

I am Angela, Registered Manager and responsible for the overall care provided to our clients. I work closely with all the office team to ensure that we deliver the highest quality care for your family. I have worked at Home Instead Bolton since 2012.


After many years working in residential care, it was a breath of fresh air to meet clients in their own homes and see how their lives can be improved by excellent quality one to one care from our amazing CAREGivers.
