Bluebird has been providing care to my mum since December 2020 post her diagnosis with dementia. As her requirements for support have increased in the last 6 months, they have been friendly faces to her each day and made her feel relaxed while living in her own home. A recommended positive support system.

My mum has been a client of Bluebird for a number of years and they have always looked after her very well. The staff are pleasant, polite and good at what they do. If there is a hiccup, e.g. a carer being delayed, contact has always been made to advise of this. Arrangements are reviewed on a regular
basis as to care required and received and for bad weather (snow) and needs over Xmas and Bank Holiday periods. All the carers are friendly and efficient at what they do. My Mum has been very happy with her care and I am relieved to know that she is being well looked after. The Office are always very friendly and approachable if there is a problem - of which there have been few. Very happy to recommend Bluebird Care. 10/10.
