Carers arrival times can be much affected by traffic chaos and travel times allowed resulting in some tasks being no longer relevant.
All carers pleasant and supportive and good humoured.

During the last three years, Bluebird Care Reigate has cared for my sister. She was cared for in a professional capacity by a great team of carers who treated her with kindness, dignity, respect and understanding of her needs. They also supported me in my capacity as her carer. If at any time I needed
extra support and different times the office staff did their best to accommodate me.
Just thank you all very much for all your help, especially during the last few weeks.

Delighted with the service that my dad received over the last 18 months. Very caring people. Whilst my 95-year-old Dad was the client, they were also very considerate to my 96-year-old mum. I would happily recommend them.

What a relief to find Bluebird Care Reigate! My mum has been met with kindness and respect by every single one of their staff so far. They are friendly, efficient and flexible. I have also been made to feel part of an open and understanding team working towards the same goal, and therefore feel hugely
supported myself. We were assigned a different care company on discharge from hospital so sadly know that not all care companies are alike. Congratulations and a heartfelt thank you to the Reigate team - long may our partnership continue.

Bluebird has been providing support for over a year and has played a major part in improving my health. The team responsible for my care have provided both physical care and encouragement by concentrating on the progress made, and practical advice on how to deal with the limitations I have following
a stroke. The carers are superb, and they have stopped me from falling into depression with their positive attitude and good humour.
I cannot praise the whole Reigate team enough for their support, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for good and reliable health care.

The manager and the team of carers have been superb in every respect. We asked for help at short notice and they provided a well organised and prompt response to our mum's needs. The carers clearly listened carefully to mums wishes and respected them. We could not have wished for better.

So far we have been extremely happy with the care that my father has received. He has a carer visit once a day for an hour. All of the carers have been very good and helpful and have been diligent to raise any concerns or issues if they have noticed them. My father has particularly enjoyed the visits
from his main carer who he gets on very well with and feels is excellent. Not only does he help my father with showering, and getting up and taking his medications etc but he also makes him laugh and engages with him so that my father starts the day feeling positive. I particularly like the app as a way of checking in on comments from the carers and seeing in advance what time they are due to arrive. The main office have also been very helpful and responsive and have contacted me directly if ever they have any concerns. Overall I am very happy with the service

I cannot thank Bluebird Care (Reigate) enough for their support during the last months of my father's life. Whilst he was well they brought a smile to his face on every visit and took the strain off myself and my mother so that we could relax and enjoy our time with him. The team were happy, hardworking
and knowledgeable and we felt very confident in them. The visits were flexible and always punctual and the office support was brilliant, always checking things were as we wanted them.
Later in the last days of his life, they dealt with everything for us in a kind and professional way. Showing their knowledge and training. It meant the world to us so that we could just be by his side and not worry about anything. You must be very proud of your team.

My mother was cared for at home by the Bluebird Care Reigate team until her end of life. She got to know the staff earlier in the year 2020 when she was first discharged from hospital and in much better heath. They helped her during the following months and during the difficulties of Covid lockdown.
When she became unwell later in the year and frail at the end of her life all the staff provided care that was empathetic, kind and so caring. They gave her dignity as she got weaker and cared for her professionally and with kindness as she required more help. They are very special people providing more than just a service. Also nothing was too much trouble when contacting the office for additional help. I can’t recommend the agency enough.

We have been using Bluebird Care Reigate for morning care for my mother and the experience has been faultless. All the ladies have been kind and considerate and excellent with the care they provide.
My mother might not be the easiest to deal with, but she has nothing but praise for her ladies.
We
have started 3 nights a week care as well and that has been very successful.
It is wonderful for us to know that Mum has the best care she can have, and the Bluebird ladies provide the same level of care that we do.
We have tried other companies, but we can see no reason why we would need to look elsewhere now.
Our local office ladies are very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Mum's care is good. There are some differences between the cooking of carers and what they cook. However, this can be sorted out with regular reviews which are really helpful. Overall the service is good and it obviously enables Mum to stay at home.

My aunt is very happy with the service she receives from the carers and enjoys their visits. They are sympathetic and understanding of her needs and are professional in their duties. As my aunt suffers from anxiety, she greatly appreciates it when Bluebird calls her to let her know if a carer is going
to be late. It is reassuring for me to know that I can get hold of Bluebird at any time, out of hours included, if an issue arises concerning my aunt's wellbeing. I also find it very helpful having access to the app, so I can see the carers' notes following each visit and address anything that arises.

When something/somebody excels it is truly difficult to explain in words, but here goes. From the first visit, we felt Bluebird were not just interested in my late husband, but also me, the family and even our dog. Every single carer was kind, polite, courteous, professional. Nothing was too much trouble.
They were able to cope with my hubbie and became great confidants. They were here twice daily and I can honestly say they were far more than carers. Their caring attitude to a very macho man - they had him eating out of their hands. Wish they could teach me. Shouldn’t really single out, as they are a team, but have to make a special mention concerning 2 carers in particular. One was like our daughter we’d never had and the family thank her for attending hubbie’s cremation. The other was like a breath of fresh air. Happy, magical smile - better than a pick me up! I/we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the service Bluebird provided. As already said, they cared for all of us.

My mother has been a client of Bluebird for a few years now and is very happy with them. Some carers are better than others but some are excellent and go out of their way to assist mum with extra tasks which really helps her. She has got used to different carers but obviously has her favourites and
generally, they are the ones that are put on her weekly rota. Overall I would recommend Bluebird.
