Caremark works with every customer and their loved ones to develop an individual and personalised home care plan that suits their needs. This can be as much as 24-hour intensive support or as little as 30 minutes of personal care and support.

Caremark services are extremely flexible and available 24 hours and 365 days a year.

We have been using Caremark for five weeks. My mum has two carers four times a day. They are so kind, caring and respectful at all times. They are so good with my mum, despite her neurological progressive illness, she is always pleased to see them. They arrive on the bus and always try to be on time
and in all weathers. Very happy with the service provided by the carers.

Caremark support my 13-year-old daughter in our home for just under a year, it was a very difficult time but the support provided by the management and support work was incredible. I do not know how we would have got through the past year without them. I will be eternally grateful for all their compassion
and care shown towards my daughter which had a huge impact on her recovery. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone who needs care and support. Thank you Caremark, we will never forget you!

My 'uncle'. as we called him, was with Caremark for about one year prior to him passing away yesterday. He always enjoyed the company of his carers. He was properly looked after and his accommodation always cleaned up. They did his shopping and cooked his meals. They were absolutely amazing to my dear
'uncle'.

When my stepfather was taken into hospital, we organised for a Caremark carer to come and be the live-in carer for my mum. She has been so lovely. She communicated well with me to keep me updated and we have seen a real change in Mum. She is more chatty and very happy. She cooks fresh food, which Mum
really enjoys. I cannot fault her care!

Caremark has proved to be an excellent care provider. My husband has had overnight care for the past year, enabling me to look after him at home. He has always had the same carers who have worked with me and learned to manage his dementia as things have changed. He has been treated with dignity and

In June Caremark started the care package for our mum and we have had nothing but a positive and safe experience. From the moment they started, we have had lots of contact with the coordinator, who is excellent. The carers are all extremely dedicated to making sure Mum is happy and cared for in the

Caremark has been so supportive over the last few months, I was introduced by friends who were using their service. Carers are always on time and friendly. Any problems and extra support that I needed the manager always ensured this was done. We are always communicated to about any changes to the service.

Overall, the service provided is satisfactory. My main criticism would be that the timings of the home visits are very irregular. For instance, the morning visit to get breakfast and help dressing etc. sometimes does no take place until 11 am. The is very inconvenient, to say the least.

Caremark looks after my best friend that has learning difficulties. Her support worker treats her like a friend and lets her express herself. Our past experience with another provider left my friend feeling very insecure and not able to make any decisions herself. Whenever I’m visiting, I notice the
support worker asks my friend what she would like instead of just imposing things on her. My friend is a much happier person now since we joined Caremark. Thank you very much for everything.

Rosemarie started off her career as a domiciliary care worker only a few years after moving to the United Kingdom, with no previous experience in an industry that was still unrecognized at the time.
