Burley’s Home Care is a care provider you can trust. Their carers are skilled, professional, caring, and treat their clients as if they are family members themselves. Not only that, but their care packages are built around you or your loved one, so that they can ensure to meet your specific needs while maintaining your existing routines and lifestyles. This means that they can deliver care that is safe, effective and supportive and you can live in the environment you know best.

Their clients include people who are simply getting older and need help at home, people with dementia, learning difficulties and mental health conditions. Their carers are highly trained and continue their development to ensure they can provide care in any situation. It may be that you need help getting up, washed and dressed, or simply a welfare check with a cup of tea and a chat. They can also carry out housekeeping or shopping, or take you to appointments and groups. From short visits a few times a week to live-in care, they can provide the right support to ensure your needs are met and you can live as independently as possible.

Working as a home care provider means being part of a wider team. Where required they work with GPs, social workers, community nursing and mental health teams and family members so that they can support a person’s wellbeing as well as delivering the services they need.

Burley's Care was recommended by our doctor - thank heavens he did! - don't know what we would do without their care and help. All the staff and carers we have met and come here to help my husband have been excellent, even he has commented how he likes all the carers who tend him and he, unfortunately,

Overall very good care and generally responsive to instructions.


Key points:
- Good office back up.They kept me informed on all relevant matters.
- Also when my mam has gone away, the team has been excellent and gone the extra mile to return her safely.
- Too many carers on the rota, Ideally

6 should be the maximum to allow relationships to build up.
- A varying standard of care from individual carers. The majority are excellent, however, occasionally a few were less committed to servicing the needs of their clients.

I have found Burley's Home Care very satisfactory. Occasionally there has been a slip-up medication not given or carer didn't come for some reason, but on the whole, everything is OK.

Outstanding level of care. Burley's Home Care team helped keep my mother in her own home until her last few months. Caring, compassionate and thoughtful staff, they also kept a watchful eye on my father through a difficult time for all of us. My mother needed a high level of care, and the management
team did everything possible to ensure this was provided in a safe, dignified and compassionate way. I would definitely recommend.

I have a daughter who is in her fifties and has physical and learning disabilities and needs some hours of support each week. About a year ago we found Burley's Home Care and it has turned out to be a fantastic help. My daughter refers to her Support Workers as 'The Burley Girls' and she feels that
the staff who come to help her are her friends.
Although she lacks confidence in many social situations my daughter is very happy to call into the Burley office where the staff are so friendly and helpful.
For me, it has been wonderful to know that Burley Home Care is involved so I don't need to worry about my daughter on a daily basis as I know that I will hear at once if there's any problem. The service does appear to be expensive compared with some other options, but having tried some of the alternatives I am happy that we're getting good value for the money with Burley's Home Care.
