Tracy has previously worked for 5 years as a deputy manager in a care agency. Tracy joined Your Quality Care because she was impressed not only with the level of care clients received, but also the support provided to all staff by senior management. All staff work as a team, ensuring they provide the best possible tailor made care package for their clients. Clients are never rushed, they always receive the care they need. The Epsom office has a tailor made training room, complete with hoist etc, and made up to mimic a typical home environment. Care staff are trained in small groups or on a one to one basis, allowing time to ask questions to ensure competency is achieved.

Jade firmly believes that providing care is about the person being cared for, not just the medical condition they may have been diagnosed with. It is about the person, their lifestyle, their personality and their individual needs. In her role as Clinical Director for Your Quality Care, Jade is able to pass on her knowledge and experience to staff in order to ensure they deliver a high standard of care that meets the holistic needs of the individual. Jade is one of two qualified trainers that deliver mandatory training within out purpose built training facility. Natalie is new to working in care, and applied to Your Quality Care at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Natalie has had very positive feedback from both clients and colleagues. Natalie has said that since joining the team she is impressed by how welcoming everyone has been and that she feels part of 'a family', the training has ensured she is fully competent and confident. Natalie knows that she has the full support of management and fellow carers.
Natalie is enjoying her role, knowing that she is really helping to make a difference, and is fully protected with the appropriate personal protective clothing, keeping both clients and herself as safe as possible.
