Fees vary depending on type of are required (hourly, long sits, live in care etc).
Fees are finalised following a client care consultation to ensure we provide the right level of care to meet our clients’ needs.

We do try to recruit excellent people by paying them the living wage (we are an accredited living wage company) and therefore we are able to choose people who react professionally in all situations. The other factor that you mention is communication which we believe is the lifeblood of a care company, as relatives and customers themselves require as much communication as possible.

Couple this training with the enormous amount of care experience in our care team and that is the reason we can improve the quality of life of our customers who suffer from Dementia.
