This care company is a loving and caring, and excellent provider. All staff are very professional but that does not stop them from being friendly. If there is ever a problem it is very quickly investigated and put right. As the person using the service, I was asked how I would like things done and I
could be sure that is what would be carried out. I feel my point of view was respected.

Flexicare at Home have provided care for my mum for the last 6 years. Throughout this time, the level of care has been wonderful and I don't think that we could have managed without them.
The staff have a professional but very caring approach and treated my mum with respect and dignity at all times.
The last few years have been a very stressful time, trying to meet the changing needs of mum whilst ensuring the best quality of life. Flexicare staff, at all levels, have supported our journey with compassion and commitment.
Mum's needs now require residential care but I am so happy that, with the support of Flexicare, she was able to maintain a happy and relatively independent life, in her own home, for as long as she did. I would (and already have) recommend Flexicare to others.

Thank you for such lovely words, it was truly a delight to care for your mother for so long and she is already being missed by the carers and office staff who had the pleasure of meeting her at some of our events. We are glad to hear your mum has settled into the residential home and we loved the photos you sent us of her with her 'companionship cat'. Everyone at Flexicare at Home would like to wish you and the family the very best moving forward.

At the darkest days of our lives, the carers and admin staff at Flexicare Wakefield showed us professionalism, compassion along with humour. They became part of our family with my wife always their priority. The carers were always upgrading their training to deal with the ever-changing types of equipment
and ensuring hygiene parameters to the highest level as my wife's health deteriorated. Without them our lives would have been very different, thank you all.

Reply from Kevin Whaley, Manager at Flexicare At Home

Thank you for your kind words, it was an honour supporting you and your wife during such a difficult time in your lives. The carers and office staff very much miss the humour and banter you brought to their days. We hope you are well.

Flexicare staff have been looking after my husband for 2/3 years until his death last month. They were all prompt, very competent, well turned out, and a pleasure to have in the house. My husband looked forward to them coming. They brightened his day when his quality of life was not good. Thye became
friends to both of us. I cannot praise them too highly. Dealings with the office were also very good. Requests for assistance to hospital visits and the like were always met. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and indeed have already done so.

Reply from Kevin Whaley at Flexicare At Home

Thank you for your very kind words, I know the carers were very fond of your husband, as were those in the office who had the pleasure of meeting him.
