Home Instead Liverpool Central & North provides award-winning care and offers companionship and support for older people living at home. The office is the only local company to be rated overall Outstanding by CQC (March 2018).

With visits lasting at least an hour and at a time determined by the client, the same Care Professionals will provide the service, giving continuity and peace of mind.

Clients’ needs range from live-in care, intense daily personal care to help around the house or companionship for just a few hours each week. They also provide a nail care at home service that helps clients with their mobility and general health.

The team's goal is to provide the highest standard of care to each individual. That care is delivered by carefully selected Care Professionals, who are matched to each client and visit at a time that the client requests.

My caregiver always arrives on time with a smile. She is familiar with all the equipment and gets my bath ready while I change.
She's very gentle, caring and treats me with great respect.
Following my bath, she cleans, then enjoys a welcome cup of tea and we enjoy a chat.
I look forward to her weekly
visits, it gives me something to look forward to.

The girls are very helpful and good to talk to. All jobs I need doing are done. I am very pleased I got to learn about Home Instead because I would have been stuck a couple of times without their help.
