My mother is suffering from dementia. The whole experience has been incredibly distressing, however since Nurseplus Care at home (Plymouth) have been on board with the care and support they provide for Mum, things have been made so much easier. My Mum loves the carers and looks forward to their visits.
They treat my Mum with care and support her with the utmost dignity and kindness. I would thoroughly recommend Nurseplus

Since I have been using Nurseplus, it gives me the confidence to live independently as well as some company each day. Even though my family do what they can, I do need their services. I have found the staff to be very good.

Having cared for Mum for so long on my own, it was difficult to accept help and support. Nurseplus made it easy for me to adjust to the change and letting someone I didn't know help me with my caring role. They were professional with a friendly attitude. I couldn't have kept Mum at home without their
help and support.

Reliable, caring service maintained. Shadow training is a good system. Knowledgeable, helpful, instil confidence when regular providers visit. Cheerful during the Covid period. So far, a great help between client and carer.

My mother (86) had broken both wrists in a fall and required extensive care with all aspects. While it was possible to provide some care the most important and trickiest element surrounded her personal hygiene on a daily basis. All the Nurseplus carers provided a friendly, considerate and tremendous
service in returning my mother's dignity during this period. Incredibly friendly, cheerful and reliable. We cannot praise the service provided enough.

The carers who have been nominated to me from the very first visit, to date, have proved themselves worthy carers, each and everyone have been polite, willing and enjoyable for me to have a chat with. My main use for a carer is to do a daily needs i.e., bread, milk etc., shop, and they have completed
my list perfectly, sometimes buying something I had forgotten. Honesty is a great factor with them, and I trust them completely.

All the nurses do an excellent service. I can't praise them enough for their friendly visits and excellent care. I look forward to seeing them every day.
If an earlier slot becomes available (eg 10am and 10:30am) I would like to be considered.

The girls (ladies) are the lynchpin of Nurseplus – Homecare Services (Plymouth) who work over and beyond the norm. I regard them as my eyes and ears to the outside world as I am totally housebound. All the girls (ladies) are kind and caring and make my life worth living. My only problem lies with the
office as the lack of communication and support to the clients and staff. The support to myself has improved recently but the branch here in Plymouth appears to have lost a lot of good staff - very sad!

No consistency of carers, 33 different carers in 16 weeks.
I am fed up of carers coming without PPE and saying no one else asks them to wear PPE.
I am fed up of carers coming with hair down, nail polish, wearing bracelets, with watches and unremovable friendship bracelets and rings with lots of stones
which they are unable to remove as they have been on for years.
