Home Instead Senior Care (Welwyn & Hatfield) have been providing me with care service since October 2016 after my previous care agency withdrew their service following several disagreements. I have had no such disagreements with Home Instead Senior Care. The carers are efficient, pleasant and eager
to please. The management is accessible and again eager to please. With increasing age and infirmity, I have to surrender my modesty and dignity but this is of less concern as the carers and I trust each other with the respect. The carers are more mature than my previous agency and we have a good rapport and companionship and provides a weekly conversation.

I was very happy to use Home Instead after my hip replacement operation. I was free to concentrate on my recovery without worrying about day to day running and cleaning of my house. The girls were helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them to help. The manager took the time and trouble in helping
me with my household arrangements. Thank you all for your help.
