All the ladies were kind, helpful and caring. Unfortunately, my time was at the beginning of the school holidays and they had staff problems, but I still got cover. They aided my recovery and I was very grateful for all they did.

Carers always cheerful and will oblige with anything. They care for both Mum and Dad and provide personal care, cook meals, do washing/ironing, administer medication and provide a weekly stocktake, which is useful to me. Continuity of staff is provided, which is important as they really recognise Mum
and Dad's needs. I have just recommended this company to neighbours.

We have been using Doris Jones for nearly four years and are very happy with the service provided. The carers are all caring, attentive and approachable people. We were recommended Doris Jones by a former GP and have never regretted the decision. The office staff are helpful and listen to our comments
and do their best to accommodate our needs.

The whole team at Doris Jones is amazing from the admin to the individual carers. They have helped us through the process of obtaining care and have provided exemplary care to my father and support for my mother.

I have been with Doris Jones since 2012 and for most of that time have been very satisfied. They have really helped me at times of crisis over the years and I would not have been able to manage without them. During the covid period, they have coped with many problems but have done their best to keep
up to their high standards. Their carers are the best I have ever had, being both professional and very compassionate to people's needs and dignity. I would always recommend them to other people.

This company is very professional in every way. The staff are excellent (carers and office).
My father was well looked after during his time with them an was treated with the utmost respect. All the carers were wonderful and patient but he did have a couple of favourites!

Care from Doris Jones was an excellent experience it meant that Mum was able to stay in her own home. Care was provided within a short time of our request. The app that we view gave us information on Mum's visits, so we had a first hand account of her well being at every visit. The carers I met were
professional, kind and Mum enjoyed the visits. In the 13 months Mum had Doris Jones carers we were never let us down, it worked really well. Am so pleased Mum had that time in her own home with Doris Jones support. I have only praise for the carers and the organisation. Always someone available to speak to for any queries.

The care my mother has received from Doris Jones has been excellent. The carers go above and beyond what is expected, and they are happy to do extra jobs if they have time and are always very kind and caring to my mother. The office staff are also really efficient - they contact me if they have any
concerns or time changes. The carers also use their initiative and will contact the district nurse if they feel it is necessary. My mother is reassured knowing that carers are going in three times a day, and without their support, I wouldn't be able to support my mum.

The personal touch provided by all the staff at Doris Jones is so important when looking after a relative remotely, as I am. The online app which provides notes on each visit from the carer is priceless. As dementia has progressed it has become harder to understand my Father's problems on the telephone.
A report each day helps me to avoid issues occurring and take action to put things right. Consistency of carers makes such a difference. It allows Dad to build a meaningful relationship and for the carers to notice when things are not right. I couldn't have made a better choice when I decided to go with Doris Jones two and a half years ago.

We used the services of Doris Jones to help look after Mum (and also Dad until he passed away in 2020) twice a day, every day for a number of years. Can't recommend them enough. Throughout Covid lockdowns, they were a godsend but even before and since that their professionalism, care and help were second
to none. We had a bank of regular carers who came in at agreed times and ensured that Mum's care needs were fully met. Sadly, we had to stop using their services earlier this year due to Mum's health deteriorating and her needing hospital treatment. However, Mum still thinks of some of her old regular carers as 'friends'.

Every one of Doris Jones' staff is nothing short of an excellent dementia therapist. They engaged with our relative on her interests and never ever shortened visits below the scheduled time unlike other providers in the field. The visiting staff are backed by an efficient and friendly office staff always
available to deal with the smallest thing. This is huge peace of mind when one lives many miles away. They may not be cheap but with Doris Jones, it is worth every penny as you really can count on superb care.
