I cannot speak highly enough of the care provided to my mum by the team at Home Instead of Tettenhall, Wolverhampton. From the initial interview with Mum and family whilst she was still in hospital, through to the individual attention of each carer. Every aspect was superb. They took the trouble to
acquaint themselves with her individual character and personality in addition to her caring needs. Would recommend unreservedly.

My experience is reassuring to both me and my family. At this time, my care is for an hour each morning, divided between 2 carers, one on weekdays and the other at weekends. Both are cheerful and helpful.
They prepare my breakfast, whilst I shower, then help me to get dressed, which works well for
me.

I can't recommend Home Instead enough. They went above and beyond for my mom. Her carers were so kind and thoughtful. I wouldn't have coped without their help, my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner!

We engaged Home Instead Wolverhampton five years ago. Recently my parents have just required full medical care and therefore have moved to permanent care. Home Instead Wolverhampton have plugged the gap from carer to professional advisor and family friends. They have moved along the road map from a
visit per day to full on 24hr care and sleepovers when required.
My parents were very sceptical at the start, "we don't need help" and now "we can't do without them" We would recommend to all our friends without question.
