The carers that I have had over the last few years for my husband have been so caring and respectful, and I could not have managed without them. They were also there for me when I felt really down.

Both my husband and I were totally happy with the care and attention given to him. The girls were sensitive to his condition and his dignity. He was very ill but still was able to enjoy a laugh when being cared for.

The package of care was very flexible - management happy to adjust the number of visits dependent on the needs of my mother.
Every carer was professional, yet warm and compassionate - always treating my mother with dignity. They never rushed her care and were always happy to spend a few minutes chatting
which my mother really valued.

We had some bumpy moments along the way, but these were quickly and efficiently ironed out. On the whole, the care provided to my father was exemplary. The daily carers were outstanding, and their worth ethic shone.
My father (and myself) looked forward to seeing them. Nothing was too much trouble.
Some even re-doing the rota to care for him in trying times.

Disappointing lack of support from Eden Care over the summer. Lack of attention to failings in the monitoring system.
Care provided was mostly good, in spite of no head office support.
Not the standard I expect from Eden.

The care service provided by Eden Care has been very good. The carers who come to my home are pleasant and efficient. My one small comment is that the times of arrival are sent to me a week before the workday. They are frequently changed at short notice or without telling me.

Eden Care is doing a great job. I rely on them daily. Sometimes the carer is the only person I see that day, so although I enjoy my cup of coffee, etc. the part I enjoy the most is them having time to sit and chat and have a cuppa with me. I understand it's not always possible. They are so busy they
have to be somewhere else before they have left me.

Since being widowed, I have had the services of a single carer who would be difficult to improve upon. She is punctual, conscientious and farsighted for all my requirements. Apart from her domestic duties, she has been instrumental in encouraging me to recover from the depression which was growing as
I cared for my wife's dementia. She seems to be totally unfazed by any difficulty.

From my initial call to the first visit was only a few days. Mum just needs a bit of company a couple of afternoons a week. The ladies who visit have a chat and take her up to the home to visit my stepfather. Exactly what we have requested. Thanks.

Eden Care have impressed from the outset. They are compassionate and efficient and the whole set up feels reassuringly professional and robust whilst maintaining complete flexibility. My experience so far (5 months) is of an organisation that is eager to deliver the service required by the client, rather
than dictate what they think is best. It is a bespoke service that allows flexibility to meet the need and impressively strives to show total respect to the client (however confusing and contrary they may be) and to maintain their dignity and enhance their independence. Perfect.
