My husband has since passed but during his care, 2023/24, he was treated with utmost care, dignity and respect and the carers were all very kind to me. II would highly recommend Bluebird Care.

It is a great relief to have a care worker come in and take over the jobs I find difficult. The conversation is a bonus as, like many clients of my age, I have outlived my friends. When the work is complete, all care workers are quick to suggest another job to do.

All the carers are excellent, kind, caring and very helpful. Management - I don't know anything about the management, but I imagine they must have a kind and caring attitude to the needs of the staff to have such wonderful carers.

Bluebird has provided a professional, caring and reliable service for my bedbound mother for the past three years. In all that time, particularly through lockdown, they have never failed to supply their service, inevitably there have been occasions when they've not been able to keep to the timetable,
but I've always been contacted in advance to ensure that any change of timetable doesn't cause a problem. The carers always treat my mother with respect and ensure that she's content and comfortable before they leave after each call. My mother loves socialising with the carers during their visits. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bluebird.

We have used Bluebird now for over 5 years for the care of mum and increased the calls over the last 12 months. All the staff work so hard and are so thoughtful and attentive with mum and she considers all of the staff her friends.

Naeem comes from an accounting background and has previously managed teams successfully as Finance Director. In his career, Naeem has gained sales experience which has helped him build very good relationships within healthcare services and the local community.


Naeem has a passion to deliver high-quality care into the community, working with his care management team to ensure that the systems and processes continue to be in place to deliver care “which I would want for my family or relatives”. Naeem takes the lead role within the management team to ensure that the team is meeting CQC standards and that staff are fully supported in personal development by certified training.
