We used Neighbourhood care for my lovely father in law until his needs demanded 24-hour care and sadly we had to move him into a care home in October 2021. All the team were amazing with my father in law, he loved their visits, they would patiently listen to his army chats and even sing with him!


The

communication is excellent, we had up to date information about each visit within minutes of the carer's departure and the office kept us up to date with any issues. The team seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and are truly angels. If you are looking for care for a loved one, I cannot recommend Neighbourhood care highly enough. Thank you team purple, you were brilliant with my father in law.

This care team have been excellent at meeting our requirements. The communication we have is brilliant and the care they give to my grandad ,who can be challenging, is fantastic. They can’t do enough for him! Great team all round who work hard to make sure their service users are safe and happy!
