We are very happy with the service Bluebird Care provides. All the carers are friendly and caring and respectful of my relative's privacy and needs. They have alerted me several times of minor problems and concerns.

I have been very satisfied with the care and attention I have received from my carer. I am fortunate to have the same carer attend me each time.
She is always prompt, efficient and willing to do anything I ask of her - time allowing. She has a pleasing sense of humour but always remains professional.

Bluebird Care is professional, friendly and reliable. When we initially contacted them for help during holiday periods (for short-term help), they help us when other care providers would not. I guess the other care companies were only interested in long-term care packages. Now that we need a long-term
care package, we are able to rely on Bluebird once again. They have been a huge help to our family over the five years we have been using their services.

My dad and uncle are always pleased with the care they receive. The carers are always friendly and cheerful. They are reliable and do a great job, clean, tidy and helpful with small details.
They have been of great help in supporting me as I know my family are in good hands and I couldn't ask for

Denise has been a care professional for over 12 years.  She started her career at Bluebird Care Sefton as a carer. Her ability and enthusiasm saw that she was soon promoted to Supervisor and then promoted to Care Manager.


"It has been a privilege to serve our local community, caring for our most vulnerable people throughout Sefton. I can now ensure that my own high standards of care are passed on to every new carer that joins Bluebird Care Sefton."
