Takes time to settle in with Bluebird Care. Ones life changes, give and take, hard lessons. The girls can be a bit robotic, do not see the obvious needs attention. Standard varies, some helpers are wonderful, others just do minimum required. One the whole I am satisfied. I myself being not an easy person
to get along with.

The care and compassion Bluebird Care Stamford, Rutland, Peterborough and Oundle has provided for my Gran has been second to none, we have been super impressed and can not thank yourselves and both carers enough for the care, professionalism, help and support you have shown in all aspects pre and during
care.
Your Carers were fantastic and true diamonds. Any family would be lucky to have them look after a loved one, it is extremely noticeable to see how they rebuilt my Gran to full health following being in hospital for 5 weeks with the care and support provided. Both carers leave feeling like family friends.
I would also like to highlight the time I have spent talking to both Company Director and Community Care Manager during this journey has been invaluable, your business and you as individuals has been impressive and highly supportive, whilst being informative during what has been a very difficult time for us as a family. Bluebird is credit to your industry and we will be highly recommending your services to others.

This was my first experience of home care. It comprised a number of weekly shopping trips. Several different carers were involved. I was delighted to find that, though each of them projected a distinct personality, all without exception provided exactly the help I was needing. And they did it with confidence
and competence and in a friendly and cheerful way. I was totally satisfied with the service I received.

This is a new experience having carers go in to help Mum. Bluebird Care has made this a very special transition for Mum. All the carers have been excellent and I have recommended them to others. Mum really enjoyed the visit on her birthday when they brought her flowers. What a special touch. Thank you

Initially Mum was against having daily care as she wanted to stay independent. However, has now settled into having a daily care visit and is pleased with having a daily chat with the girls. An additional unexpected bonus is that she is now getting up earlier each day (previously she wouldn't get up
till 11am). Having a shower most days and preparing breakfast before the start of the daily visit. Very pleased with both the daily care and supervision.

All staff are kind, understanding and helpful. They attend my mum with care and dignity, making sure she has taken her medication and has plenty of fluids. I'm also made aware of any problems with her welfare. I've now had more weight lifted off my mind since carers now attend in the evening as well
as morning. Many thanks to all your staff.
