Each and every carer arrived punctually even in bad weather, snow and floods. They all used the client's first name in a friendly manner, showing interest in him as a person, not just a patient. They were gentle and concerned for the condition causing difficulties, dealing with the circumstances to
the best of their ability and training.

I have found the service Bluebird provides to be professional care with kindness. I have had several different carers but have indicated I am quite happy with this arrangement and they are all capable.

They manage to do quite a lot in their short visit and always leave Dad very comfortable.

Virtually all carers have reached a high standard in the 6 months they have been coming to me and many have done more than requested.
The evening meals have been well prepared and presented and everything has been washed and tidied away very well. Most have made time to have a brief chat and have shown
concern for my welfare. My recent review meeting with the client community manager was thorough and helped me to consider my likely future needs.

All the carers are very friendly to Mother. It helps such a lot and she would struggle without them. Washing, dressing, showering etc.

In April, I had an operation on my ankle. My leg was in heavy plaster and I was not allowed to put any weight on it for six weeks. Bluebird Care was able to step in and came for 6 weeks. The care ladies came each morning to help me wash and get dressed and then help me into my wheelchair. This set me
up for the day and was a great help. The ladies who came were always cheerful and chatty and were willing to do anything to help. I am most grateful.
