Thank you for your review. We welcome all feedback. We work hard to ensure person-centred care is achieved in all we do for each customer. Therefore, it is absolutely no problem to arrange for more time for your father, should he wish to spend more time with his care team. I have passed your review comments to your personal Community Care Manager, who will be in contact to arrange a full review of care and ensure that we achieve this for him.

Thank you for your feedback on your care. We are pleased that you are happy with your carer, we work on hard on continuity of care. We are sorry that you feel that you have poor value for money. Whilst we understand that high-quality care cannot be 'cheap' and can sometimes feel costly, we aim to price cost-effectively and affordable for our customers whilst ensuring the highest quality of care and support, through staff training, support and ongoing service and it is unusual for any customer to feel this way and important for us to understand why. We will be in contact to find out more and how we can improve this for you. Thank you for choosing Bluebird Care to care for you.
