Bluebird have stepped in to help our whole family at a difficult time. My mother's condition and her ability to manage alone altered quite quickly and we really appreciated Bluebird's helpful advice on how to manage this speedily and in the best way for her. They gave useful, practical advice when
asked. They were responsive to our needs for an increase in care quite soon after starting. I am sure they have seen it all before but the service always felt personal to us.
They have provided lovely carers who have all, without exception, been so nice to my mother. The carers are efficient, practical people who crack on. She has enjoyed chatting with them and obviously feels confident in the care they have given her.

Bluebird Care provides a 2-hour drop-in service to cover the client's live-in carer's mandatory break. They work hard to meet my needs, covering appointments and provide the right drop-in carer at the right time (e.g. a car driver when a medical appointment needs to be attended). They are able to meet
any need on the day, be it serving lunch, cleaning up or, just as importantly, sitting with the client and playing games and providing companionship.

Generally, excellent service with issues over times of visits seemingly resolved. Particularly happy with flexibility and willingness to adapt to requests for changes and additions at short notice changes. Proactive in suggesting changes to ensure needs of Mother are met as far as possible.

Bluebird have been brilliant! Helping to share the care between me and them. They are very caring, well-documented visits which alert me to any problems. Plus reassure me that all is well. Any extra care like checking a dressing is relayed straight from office to carers to be actioned.

We contacted Bluebird to provide a care package for our Mum as her care needs had become more complex but she wanted to remain in her home for as long as possible. Bluebird was extremely professional, sympathetic, and flexible in putting together the care package. They listened very carefully to Mum’s
requests and preferences and tried very hard to meet them. As a family, we communicated very well and felt that the Bluebird staff were part of the team. The carers were all very kind and professional and quickly got to know Mum and her needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any family that needs to put together a home care package for a relative.

Bluebird have proven to be extremely reliable in all matters of care from vista to hospital transport.

A very easy assessment process and thoroughly professional. The carer built a good rapport with my aunt and made an objective recommendation, which meant that we had to take a different path and throughout Bluebird Care was acting in my aunt's best interests.

Bluebird Care has been providing live-in care for over a year to our parents. We have been impressed by the professional care provided by the lovely women who undertake the care however, they are let down by the management team who do not always respond in a timely manner to the same standard as the
immediate care team.

Both male and female carers have been very helpful in many useful ways e.g. reaching shelves, answering doorbell, making cups of tea or coffee, preparing sandwiches and salads. Sharing experiences with carers from other countries, making them feel 'at home' even for a few minutes.

Excellent experience with Bluebird Care in Winchester - great to work with people who know and understand all the typical challenges and questions when first starting out care/home help for the elderly. This has made our first few weeks very easy and smooth, helped also by the easy to use ‘real time’
online system that shows when care staff arrive and depart, and also shows each person’s notes from the visit. This is a genuine peace of mind aid when you’re not always near the person receiving the care. We look forward to working more with Bluebird in the future.

A very helpful and supportive service that built a good rapport with my aunt who has dementia and upped the care package really swiftly when this became necessary. We were worried my aunt would be reluctant to have the carers visiting her but we quickly accepted them and found them kind and friendly.

Bluebird Care Winchester, Eastleigh & Romsey have been relieving my dad's live-in carer for 2 hours every day so they can have their break. They have always looked after my dad well and I have no concerns at all, they always help my dad eat his meals, help him with his hygiene routines and take him
for a walk when he requests this. I would recommend this agency for reliable care and look forward to working with them in 2024.

Following a hospital stay, my father required full-time live-in care. Bluebird was excellent in hand-holding me through the process and things to look out for along the way. The carer they provided has proved excellent, allowing myself and my siblings to feel assured that our father is being kept safe

Mum is always treated with kindness, humour and respect by all her carers. There is consistency in who tends to her, which really helps manage her dementia. Determined to keep Mum in her own home and Bluebird are a vital part of that wish. Management of any changes in care needs or schedules is always

Bluebird Care Winchester, Eastleigh & Romsey have been fantastic in accommodating our needs, from the initial point of contact to the final delivery of their services and their continuation of services. The managers have bent over backwards to support us. We have no concerns to raise at all with the
service and the care that is provided to our pupils is first class at all times. The care team have fitted into the school extremely well and have become an integral part of our team. They have made a huge difference to the way in which we run the school and the care of the pupils is at it's highest. The staff are not only friendly, they are extremely professional and conscientious. I highly recommend them to anyone who requires care either for themselves or a relative. We found the Bluebird care was excellent! My mother-in-law wanted to die in her home. Bluebird provided daily care to begin with and then my mother-in-law needed full time live in care. The carer was perfect for my mother-in-law. The carer was patient and had a calming effect on my mother-in-law, she
was respectful and when handling her to move her, she was gentle. The carer was a great support to my husband and l and took the pressure off of us. We couldn’t have done it without them.
