The care Mum received was excellent and everyone who looked after her was kind, gentle and caring. Our GP practice made the point that, with someone as frail as Mum, they would expect her to be presenting (to the surgery) almost weekly. It is testament to the care Mum received that they barely ever
saw her. I have no hesitation in recommending Thames Care.

The care agency stepped in once the local authority was finished. The care and attention my mother received was appropriate for someone who only had a few weeks to live. She was treated with respect and assisted gently. The office team were efficient in adapting the care package to her changing needs.
Would I use the agency again? Yes most certainly.

On my visits to the client, I met the carers occasionally and found them always friendly to me and respectful and kind to my friend. I noticed that they set about the tasks of personal care with great consideration. Shopping, meals, washing and cleaning were all provided to a high standard. Within a
sometimes difficult environment and there were times when I felt the staff went over and above to meet my friend's needs. Communication with the company was excellent. They kept me informed of concerns and changes, I felt able to express any concerns I had for example, my friend's failing health.

Not always punctual but extremely efficient with dealing with my needs. Mainly having baths, being dried, creamed and getting dressed. Every carer managed to put my hair in a ponytail, making me feel better with my appearance. Every carer was polite, nice to talk to and willing to provide all tasks
requested. I have no complaints at all.

All carers were efficient and carried out their duties in a cheerful manner. They enabled the rehabilitation after a total hip operation to proceed well helping with increased mobility. There was a mixed reaction to assistance with showering as it was felt there was insufficient aid in the unit, which
was correct. The daily body wash was excellent overall the care was of the highest standard and enabled the service user to gather confidence in dressing and recovery which was made much easier with their assistance.

The carers were very efficient and friendly. When my husband was admitted to hospital a nurse commented on how well he had been looked after. Carers were always ready to have joke and a friendly chat with him. They were sympathetic and would do everything they could to make my husband comfortable which
was really appreciated. Record-keeping was excellent.

I have found Thames Care fantastic in dealing with very challenging behaviour and my aunt who suffers from severe dementia. The carers have all been very good.

From the very beginning, when the two carers (morning and evening) attended to my late husband with end-of-life care, they were unsung heroes. Always cheerful and attending to his needs, however big or small. They brightened his life and mine with their smiles and he looked forward to seeing them. I
cannot recommend them more highly and on the day he was slipping away, gave me support. Nothing was too much trouble, bless them.

My husband passed away three weeks ago. The carers were always kind and caring to him, he had Parkinsons so couldn't move much but they coped with the problem. I would recommend Thames Care to others.

From when we first needed help with my father-in-law with rapidly advancing dementia, Thames Care have been superb. From the professional and helpful way we were dealt with by management, to the empathetic and capable care staff who attended every day, it was a great experience for all. When homecare
was no longer viable for him, they supported his wife both practically and emotionally. We would have no hesitation in recommending Thames Care.

Carers are always helpful and on time. My mother enjoyed their visits, which was very important. One day, my mother had a fall and Thames Care sent two ladies out immediately who were extremely helpful.

Thames Care staff looked after my husband for several years before his recent death. All the carers had a good understanding of his condition - vascular dementia. They were friendly, caring and kind. My daughter and I will miss seeing them. Very pleased that we chose Thames Care. The office staff were
always extremely helpful too.

We can't thank Thames Care enough for supporting us at such short notice. All the carers were very friendly, polite and personal in their duties to a high standard. The only slight downside was the number of different carers that attended the house. However, overall, we had a very positive experience,
and we would recommend Thames Care to anyone looking for carers.

Overall, I found the carers very friendly, efficient, polite and caring, and there were times when they exceeded their duties. I miss them and miss their company. It is not only the resident that the carers dealt with but the resident's carer also needs support, which they accomplished.

As Mum had dementia and didn't recognise strangers we requested a regular carer. Thames Care gave us a regular carer which was great and she got to know mum well. They were very supportive and kind, and when we needed more help they supplied it at times that were convenient for us. Always alert to potential
problems. Both the carers and the admin staff were great and I would certainly use them again if necessary.

Thames Care were recommended by a neighbour and they have provided care for my father for over three years, before he required additional 24 hour care in a home. We have been very pleased with the quality of care from their kind and efficient staff. In three years, there was never a missed appointment
and they were always flexible if additional visits were required. We are very pleased to recommend Thames Care to others.

Thames Care provided a really wonderful service to my auntie. From the very start, they were friendly, professional and caring and my auntie very much enjoyed their visits. They went over and above on several occasions, helping her out and ensuring she was safeguarded. Our family cannot thank them enough
and would highly recommend this great company, who really helped us.

Thames Care provided carers for my father for several years. They have given a very personalised service tailoring the care given to the needs of the client. Thames Care always dealt with issues quickly, efficiently and sensitively. They always reacted appropriately to any changing circumstances and
kept us informed of their decisions. Carers kept high standards. At Thames Care, there has always been somebody available to contact whenever we needed to speak and this gave us peace of mind. Many thanks to all involved.
