We are very impressed with all the carers we have had so far. Two have been regular. They talk to my husband which is great stimulation, which he needs. They know their job.

The entire team who helped me care for my 71-year-old husband back up to good form, after breaking his hip and catching Covid 19, was absolutely professional and valuable and we were both treated with great dignity! We can only say good things about the service provided to us by each and every one of
the carers and would like to thank them for the service they provided and we enjoyed meeting them! Highly recommended!

I have had carers over three years and some are very good and do a really good job and are extremely helpful while one or two are not so good, not cleaning up properly or staying the time they are allowed.

We were very pleased with the care my husband had. The carers were very polite and cheerful. After dressing and undressing my husband they always asked if they could do anything for me. Very nice to have a timetable to refer to. Would hope that the NHS would choose you if I required help again. A big

The standard of care, professionalism and support from our carers is first-class. However, the administration leaves a lot to be desired.
1. Failure to update care plans in a timely manner.
2. Poor communication with carers resulting in last-minute changes to carers and times.
3. Delay in acting
on issues reported back by the carers.

In response to your feedback surrounding last-minute changes to carers and times, we endeavour to give you as much advance notice as circumstances allow, but sometimes it is simply impossible. We try to ensure when changes happen that services are provided as close as reasonably possible to the agreed times. For any reasons outside of our control for example where carers attend an emergency situation, we will contact you as soon as time allows to confirm alternative arrangements. I will contact you personally to discuss your concerns further.

For ten months I had numerous occasions to complain to the manager regarding the cleanliness of my mother's home and her own personal hygiene. There were also concerns regarding her front door not being locked and medications being lost. Seems to be a massive lack of communication between the staff
and management.
I would not recommend this company as the teething troubles that you expect in the early days got worse, were not resolved and lasted throughout the entire time.

Some of these issues were actioned straight away, whilst other concerns required a little more time to allow for questions to be raised and responses to be given by our support workers. Mum is pleased with the carers. She particularly appreciates having the same regular carers. Carers keep to schedule and perform the tasks they are required to do. They meet Mum's needs.

The regular carers are wonderful. If they are on holiday or sick, however, the stand-ins the company sends have never seen a Stoma pouch before never mind how to change them and this is one of my priorities. This is a management fault and nothing to do with the carers.
