Overall Experience

Pine Lodge Carers have almost always been excellent and any issues have been addressed promptly. They try to keep continuity of carers so my mum builds a relationship. Their care since COVID has been exemplary and we know she has been protected. Time keeping is generally good and requests re. food,

jobs in house and mum's care listened to and respected. The office is easy to communicate with and the phone always answered.

Mum first needed Pine Lodge Home Care just as the covid19 first lockdown began..a scary time for us all. We feel SO lucky to have found these lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers and they do all their tasks with a smile and a cheery disposition, Even through their masks. I know

my mum looks forward to seeing someone every day and is not half as anxious as she would be otherwise. And that gives me great peace of mind too. They have even transported mum too and from the GP and just recently taken her for her 1st vaccination jab. Over the months I have had a few telephone calls with the office and they have always been most friendly, efficient and helpful.

Overall Experience

The care provided to my father b the Pine Lodge team over the last five years was excellent. The friendly professional way in which they cared for him respected his dignity and desire for independence. He trusted them. They ensured he was safe and responded appropriately to changing needs. Liaison with

Overall Experience

I have been very pleased with the standard of care given to my father by Pine Lodge Home Care. All the carers have treated him with dignity, respect and genuine compassion, adding greatly to his quality of life and my own peace of mind following my mother's death. The whole team, including the office

staff, have been friendly and approachable and nothing has ever been too much trouble. I can, and do, recommend them without hesitation! Thank you all, very, very much.

My father was very apprehensive about having carers come into his house and reluctantly agreed he needed someone to do more than just help him with his shirt buttons!
After the first week, I asked him what the carers were like he said they were all very nice and so gentle (compared to me!!). He looked

forward to them coming in the mornings and always looked very smart when they left.
On the occasions I met them, I was struck by their genuine caring nature - always making sure he was warm when being washed and clearly explaining what they were going to do at every stage before doing it. They ensured his dignity was maintained at all times, and even though it sometimes took longer than the time originally allotted they never rushed him although it would have meant they would be a little late for their next appointment. They always took a genuine interest in him and didn't treat him like just another client.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pine Lodge Home Care to anyone!

Pine Lodge has provided an excellent service for my mum. Friendly, helpful staff in the office and the carers. All staff give good advise. Carers are patient, taking time to chat to mum. They show interest in her. Everyone is very professional in their job roles. The office has been brilliant in helping

Would recommend Pine Lodge for homecare over and over as they went over and above the care that was provided. Very pleased with all the staff who were so caring and sensitive to the needs of an old woman. Everything that could be done was carried out, efficiently and to a very high standard. Well done
