We will never be able to thank you enough! Having come to you when we had a poor experience with another company, I feel you have been holding my hand ever since. My mum previously didn't want anyone but me but now she loves to see the carers coming in. They make mum feel at ease and always go over
and above for her and for me. You are the example of how to provide care, treating mum with care, respect and dignity. Thank you for making mum's life better and thank you for allowing me to have a life!

My mother could not have received better care than she has from her Home Instead carers. Everyone has been gentle and helpful from the start. The office staff are always helpful and supportive. All round we feel very lucky to have found this provider and would highly recommend them.

I have found all members of staff with whom I have dealt to be friendly, professional, knowledgable and helpful.
We enjoy our relationships with our carers who provide a window on the outside world with their chats on multiple family, general and topical matters - vital social contacts.
As for help
in the home, I find this invaluable. Through proactive and willing i.e. willing to tackle even unpleasant tasks!
I find that Home Instead exceeds its claims of providing a home instead. Many thanks.

Having had variable experience with care providers for my parents over the years, I have been amazed at the service offered by Home Instead.
The staff are without exception outstanding and are willing to go the extra mile on every occasion.
Since I live an hour and a half drive away from my aunt,
I very much rely on Home Instead to look out for her and keep me informed, which they do efficiently and in a caring way.
When I ring the office, the response is always positive and knowledgeable.
In the current pandemic situation, I could not manage without them.
I can't imagine anybody wanting to use any other provider.

Please do not hesitate to use the services from Home Instead Senior Care Peterborough. They are amazing. All of the staff have helped us as a family so much but more importantly have enabled my mum to stay in her own home. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and they take so much care in making sure
that mum has a great life.

0ur experience with Home Instead has been an entirely positive one. From day one, the wonderful Home Instead staff guided us through the process and reassured us they could meet our parent's needs.
All the caregivers have been so dedicated, compassionate and reliable. They have provided companionship
and wonderful care, often going above and beyond to make sure our parents were safe and happy. Their enthusiasm, patience, warmth and empathy was boundless.
As a family we had total peace of mind, knowing our parents had the very best care and companionship at all times.
The scheduling team were equally efficient. Sometimes our needs and dates changed at the last minute and they were always able to accommodate our changes. They never let us down once.
The continuity of care provided allowed both our parents and us as a family, to build a very special relationship with the caregivers.
Without hesitation, we recommend Home Instead to anyone who is looking for care for a loved one.

Good time. Well looked after by the carers. Had a meal out. Also took me to the chemist for my subscriptions. Showed me around, as not good finding my way around myself.

Happy with our caregiver she takes me as I am versatile in what she does she uses initiative, knows or is learning where things go which I don't help by changing my mind. Cheerful and just gets on with things that are necessary. Time flies by. Good sense of humour.

We have used Home Instead since 2016 and cannot fault them. They provide an efficient and reliable service. We are lucky to have carers that treat my mother with respect and are very caring and kind which for me and my sister are the must important things. We never have to worry about her when she is
being cared for.

"I have been working with Home Instead for just over 18 months and love it. Not long after starting with the company alongside my usual weekly hours, I took on the 'On Call' role 1 in every 4 weekends. The On-Call CAREGiver role involves me visiting clients that have asked for an extra visit, to cover for CAREGivers if they are unable to work for any reason and to be able to offer up anything at short notice to help clients or family members. This gives me a great opportunity to visit new clients, see new faces and hopefully make a difference in their day.
Just like my regular visits with my own clients this sometimes can involve personal care, helping make their day easier, do their hair, nails, maybe a puzzle or watch their favourite programme with them, bake a cake or simply just offering companionship.
Knowing you sometimes do things that may seem quite small to some people can be something incredibly substantial to others. Coming away knowing you have been able to help someone who could be quite vulnerable is such a humble feeling. In these unprecedented times we could be the only voice they hear that day or face they see as some people are unable to even see their loved ones which over time becomes much harder and being with each client for either an hour or 2 or maybe more gives them something to look forward to. The most rewarding part of being an on-call caregiver is knowing I make a difference.
